05/22/2023 I had another positive support experience with Diego! A true professional and educator. 01/15/23 I had a concern about automation using the old email builder and what I needed to do as far as transferring to the new email builder, Diego did a great job of the show and tell and explaining how to make the transition. Again, I'm happy I chose Omnisend instead of another company. 09/26/2022 Update: Another awesome experience with support today. I was having a hard time understanding how to increase the number of automation flows without spamming. Diego had a lot of patience and helped me understand how to set the flows up without causing issues. Thanks, Diego! 06/29/2022 Update: Had the pleasure of working with Bassma today. I was having a hard time understanding the methodology of multiple automation flows and Bassma did an excellent job of explaining it. Once again, I was happy to have chosen Omnisend. 05/25/2022 Update: Once again I was paired with two great team members (Kristina and Baarath) who helped guide me through the process. I am so glad we chose Omnisend! Mike After realizing I had not written a review about my experiences with Omnisend since signing on, I felt compelled to do so today. After spending the better part of a month reading all the reviews, articles, and whatever else I could get my hands on. The decision was made to go with Omnisend about two years ago. While other platforms at the time may have had shinier objects to offer, the professionalism this team exhibited is second to none. I am a little older than most (60+) and have been in retail (brick and mortar) all of my life, so I look for things most do not. Each feature this group rolls out is organized, well thought out, and in the customer's best interest. Omnisend has figured out what most will never will. The secret of success is not expecting your customers to cater to you but to them! No, customers are not always right, but they are a necessary evil for survival. I wish I could remember everyone's name that has helped me get over all of the obstacles I put them through over the last two years; Kristina was my angel for this day; thank you, Kristina, for making me feel like a VIP (Very Important Person) today!

used to be fine but now i have to go to another app! they charge you based on how many subscribers but then only let you send emails to less than half of that. unbelievable! i have over 53k subscribers and can only send 20k max subscribers a day??? this new "safe send" program they just launched, just turned me all the way off. especially while paying for 53k ($444) but can only send 20k? SCAM!

I use Omnisend a lot for our marketing. The functionality allows us to be innovative with our customers; existing and new. Sometimes, we run into difficulties integrating promotions. The support from Omnisend is by far the best on Shopify. They are quicker than any other app (including Shopify), they are accurate and they don't give up until you are happy. We would find it very difficult to operate without them. Thank you.

Very quick response on initial set up question. - I have been using this for a few months now and am seriously disappointed! Far too many emails are ending up in spam filters, these are regular customers I deal with pretty much monthly so it seems odd. Omnisends answer... it is yahoo & hotmail filters - but we are in Canada and 99% of them are gmail and the regular emails get through so - that answer doesn't wash.

Love Omnisend! It's easy to use and makes very pretty emails. It's also cheaper than the other email apps.

I stumbled upon a few issue to set up the form and also certain technical issue that cause the form to look off, but upon the writing in to the support, they walked me through on the setup and when I had issue with the formatting, the support team, in this case the Bassma, has been very supportive in resolving the issue. Happy to be their customer knowing the support there to help resolving all the issues.

Spent some time looking around the app, then took the free version. This is a powerful app not only for its functionality like automations and forms, but the analytics are fantastic. Like my marketing manager says, all we have to do is think what we want and there is a way to create it in OmniSend along with the analytics. The customer and tech support has been timely and helpful, which is very appreciated. Needless to say, we stepped up and are subscribing. If you want fast and engaged support for a powerful e-commerce multi-channel marketing app WITH great analytics, get this is app NOW.

Love this app.. coming from square space I wish integrating my email list was easier but that’s the only downfall

So far so good!! I've switched over from Klaviyo because the UX is SOOO much better and that alone makes me want to use this app a lot more, which means that I'll probably get more out of it! Really easy to create workflows and campaigns. I love how easy it was to create segments. So far, I wish I could upload my brand fonts (maybe I can and I just haven't figured that out yet?) and I'm hopeful that there could be a button/ section added where I can link Smile.io and Judge.me directly in the email rather than just having those integrations for audience segments. Great app so far!

Absolutely loving this app. I have had it for a week and have set up workflows really easily and found the options for segmentation far more advanced than the platform I used before. The interface is easy to use, I have had a quick response to any help queries from support. The team show the new functionality they have in the pipeline which is really helpful and already I can see upcoming functionality I can't wait to use! Just launched my first campaign, not too painful, the drag and drop is pretty straightforward.

I used this app to help me with my email marketing. They have a simple builder and nice templates to build a good email. The support is also excellent and Bassma really went out of her way to follow up on my queries.

Amazing customer service! Kristina was so helpful in explaining an error that occurred with my account and quickly corrected it. Love this app!

I am very pleased using this app. It's very easy to use and creating email campaigns has been effortless.

We recently began using Omnisend as an email marketing platform and have been impressed with it to date. The campaign and automation functionality is easy to use and get your email campaigns rolling. The templates are attractive and user friendly to amend. When needed, the support team is quick to respond to issues and even general inquiries into possible future functionality updates. The analytics dashboard gives you a nice view into the impact your omnisend activities have made and you can adjust the time period to a variety of views. We look forward to building on our existing email set ups and future product updates.

So far very impressed. I've just been setting things up and transferring from Mailchimp and I've needed to ask a few questions. Support has been quick to answer and very helpful, especially Bassma - thank you!
