I needed some extra field to populate in Klaviyo It wasnt in Optimonk I asked support > they said no we dont have that BUT we will build it for you. 48 hours later its live, pretty unique to have apps actually owning their shit and implementing real value vast. Props to Emil & Team!

Really great app, lots of features and multiple ways to promote/upsell. Really fantastic help too, the chatbot does actually have handy links but if you have further issues you can get through to a person. I have done this on multiple occasions and they're very helpful and patient! Thank you!

Csak egy pop-up-t szerettem volna mobilról kikapcsolni, de nem engedte a rendszer és ez elég nagy problémát okozott. Próbáltam ezt inkább nekik közvetlenül chatbe írni, de sosem lehetett, amikor szerettem volna.

OptiMonk has helped simplify collecting leads and making store announcements. I'm able to launch popups on multiple sites from one tool, then test conversion rates with split tests and continually optimize. I also add juice to sales by creating announcement popups, making sure visitors know there's a sale active no matter where they land.

A lot of issues setting up - chat support not really active. Can't see teams popups they have spent hours working on. A lot of bugs. Hopefully can get this sorted

Had questions about how my campaigns function and received a thorough response with details on how to optimize them for higher functionality and visibility. Very helpful. Also see that I am getting the expected conversions on them as they have been active. Good product thus far.

I installed their app in hopes of setting up a wheel only to find that it is so limited, hard to use, hard to set up. support wasn't any help. going to look for an alternative pop up wheel app instead. Spare yourself and don't try theirs. Some part of their lucky wheel I can even call stupid and useless like, they added a "no luck today" on their template but it required a coupon code and when you actually test the wheel and got to "no luck today" you'll be greeted with a "congratulations" with a coupon code. just stupid.
