I love being able to offer my customers combined orders with less stress and time. This app works really well for me, and I've had excellent customer service support each time I've reached out. There's more functionality that I even realized! Thanks to Tom for the help figuring out how to refund excess shipping today.

The app does exactly as intended, and helps us save significant costs on shipping and manual handling of consecutive orders. We use it for all our 4 e-commerce stores, and have had a very good experience with it. Tom was super helpful when we needed his assistance. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would!! Tom, the founder of the app, personally built features just for us.. talk about dedication! . It honestly felt like he was part of our own team, making the whole process seamless. This app has saved us a ton on shipping cost! It makes our operations automated and efficient. I had a terrible experience with this app. Due to some issue on their end, they decided to give my item away for free without my consent, causing me to lose $512! I had no choice but to cancel the order, and the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. This app is unreliable, and I definitely *do not recommend* it to anyone. Stay away if you value your time and money!

However, we're concerned there may be a misunderstanding about what occurred, as Order Merger does not have the capability to modify product pricing or "give items away for free." Our app only merges existing orders together - it cannot change product prices, apply discounts, or modify payment amounts. This app has made us lose over $6,000. They were DUPLICATING our orders instead of merging them. We found out about this bug, reached out to them with ZERO response on their part. We escalated the issue to Shopify, and TrioM didn't even reply to them. I honestly have no words for how poorly the situation was handled.
We are deeply sorry for this experience and the significant financial impact it had on your business. This is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we take full responsibility for both the technical issue and our poor communication response at the time. Since this incident, we have: - Completely rebuilt our order processing system to prevent duplication - Implemented multiple safeguards and testing protocols - Established a dedicated support system with guaranteed response times - Created a compensation process for merchants affected by app errors We understand that our previous lack of response was unacceptable. Under our new management and support structure, this would never happen again. We now respond to all support requests within 24 hours maximum. While we cannot undo what happened, we would very much like the opportunity to make this right. We use this app, however, be very careful with settings. As far as I can see, the defaults could cost you. Last year we merged several thousand $ worth of orders but it seems the the app created new orders as if it they were additional sales. Shopify then overestimated the 1099 to the IRS—showing elevated sales. As a sole proprietor or LLC, you'd need to enter the excess as "returns and allowances" or similar in schedule C of your 1040 federal return. Simply stating your actual sales would underreport sales sent to the IRS and could cost you an audit, and a lot of additional red tape. Depending on your State, the problem could even be further exacerbated.

Due to the app not marking the orignal Meta order as fulfilled, All the Meta orders were all refunded. Lost alot of money using this app. Not recommended if you use Facebook or Instagram for order merger.

We set up the app and had their team double check it before launch. We launched it and bam we lost $1,500+ due to orders being double printed inconsistently - it was hard to catch for us. Upon reaching out about the massive issue, they ignored me now three times. I wish I could upload the emails and the chats! Unprofessional company, buyer beware. We're contacting shopify and working with a lawyer to recover the sum.

This app is extremely useful. We've had instances where someone places a follow-up order shortly after their initial order. Due to the shipping dimensions of our product, that follow up order can double international customers' overall shipping costs. Potentially, that's an extra $60-80 or more, depending upon the destination. Order Merger makes it super-simple to combine orders, so we can refund the extra shipping cost. Such a deal... being able to merge 5 orders or less, per month, free of charge. I'm told the app doesn't affect website speed since it works on the 'back office, and not on the storefront. Support is really fast and effective, too. Depending upon your sales volume, you might want to choose to merge manually... at least while you're checking it out.

Everything was going fine until we realized that our revenue was inaccurate. The order financial status should be automatically filled when creating your set up. This app was working well when we had the merger cancel original orders, but once we switched to "archive" original orders we had a nightmare of original orders still being present in our system. Thousands of dollars lost now because of this app.

同梱の作業が多いので、こちらを利用しました。色々みましたが、一番使いやすく、自動でも、手動でもいくつかの注文をまとめることができます。 送料もどの注文の送料を使用するか選べます。ただ同梱の場合、差額送料が追加になる場合があるので、確実に正確な送料の注文書を出せない場合もあります。でも、そのあたりはshopify側の課題になるかと思います。サポートもしっかりしています。
