This app deleted over a dozen collections in our store due to what they called a "bug." When we reached out to support, their response was shockingly dismissive. They sent us an incomplete historical list of collections (going back 13 years) and basically told us it was our problem and to fix it ourselves. Zero compensation for the many hours we had to spend manually recreating everything and fixing the errors their bug caused. This level of carelessness combined with terrible customer support makes this app a serious risk for any store. Save yourself the headache and look for a different order printer solution (or better yet, pester Shopify to provide this basic service with their platform). Terrible experience. Would not recommend.
Not impressed! I tried contacting you 4 times regarding Order Printer which I have used since 2017, as all of a sudden the images on my invoices were not working properly and zero contact from you. Maybe it was because I installed and made the invoice and paid for it in 2017 and you were not getting a subscription from me. Well I have just installed this version, it has kept the original invoice I have always used and what a surprise, it works fine. You desreve the 1 star review as you now cost my business a monthly subscription from your greed. I am looking for an alternative now as I do not want to give you any more money.
POS software that charges you money even when you don't use it!
was great until the recent update. now we cant just download PDFs. they have to be emailed and extracted. terrible update
Unfortunately, this app is not legally compliant with EU invoicing requirements. When using Shopify Payments and selling in EU country currencies, it does not allow invoices to show the exchange rate to EUR (required by law for accounting). This has to be done manually, which is very time-consuming. Another important missing feature is bilingual invoices. For logistics and shipping companies we need invoices in two languages (e.g., English and Polish), but the app only supports one language per invoice, which makes it complicated. Support was responsive and tried to help, but their customization options are very limited. Overall, the app lacks key features required for EU businesses, so I cannot recommend it.
They charge without using it also.
Used to be great, but seems to have outsourced their support and now a bit of a clown show. Production critical app we can no longer rely on. Seek alternatives.

I've uninstalled this app a long time ago. Why am I still being charged?

Misleading billing. You will be billed after your store has 50 orders in the month even if you haven't actually used the app at all. I should not be billed when the app his not been used at all. I may have had over 50 orders, but not a single one used Order Printer Pro for anything. No receipts, custom layouts, etc were ever printed or processed in any way. I just paid for literally nothing.

LIES as usual ! Free version doesn't exist. Impossible to do anything without subscribing for $10 USD. Will be reported as misleading and false advertisement! UNINSTALLED
Thanks for the review. To avoid such situations in the future, we would suggest reading the Pricing section before installing apps. As explained in the Pricing section, the free plan is for stores with less than 50 orders per month. FRAUDULENT! Steer clear from this app.. they don't even tell you this or update you but they've been charging me $10 / month for YEARS. And I had no idea nor did I ever approve these charges.
To give some true context on this review. Decoralist installed the app and approved the app charges in 2020, as can be seen both in the Shopify Partner Dashboard, and on their own activity feed. We've provided screenshots of this from Shopify's own systems etc. They've then forgotten they installed the app, even though Order Printer Pro would have been both showing in their Installed apps list, and on their monthly Shopify invoice every month since they installed and approved the app subscription. They've now come to us and demanded a refund for 3 years that they "didn't know" they had the app installed. We gave 3 months refund, which we feel is fair, especially when such words as "fraudulent" are being thrown around. Long story short, they installed and subscribed to the app, demanded a refund 3 years later, and are now leaving this review because they didn't get their way. It's rare that strange situations come up like this, thankfully. Hopefully our other 800+ 5 star reviews help show what we are really about. Kind regards, Bjorn Forsberg Founder - FORSBERG+two
It says you can easily create and modify template but you need to be able to code to do this. It takes more time and work than it should. Wonder if all the 4/5 star reviews are accurate.

They keep updating the product, and we keep suffering with their updates, now, our team has experienced interruptions for many times, this has delayed our shipment process which depends on this app. Now, we started using shopify native order printer app, converted all the template codes that we optimised by using ai solutions. we don't recommend at all....

It advertises that theres a free plan available. After downloading the app, it forces you to pay $10 a month
Thank you for your review. However, I think there is some confusion or misunderstanding here. Based on the number of orders your store had in the past month (don't want to post the actual number publicly here), the app is correct in asking you to subscribe to the paid plan. You are a long way over the free plan limit of 50 orders a month. You are correct that the app has a free plan, for stores with less than 50 orders a month. For stores with more than 50 orders a month, the app costs $10/month for unlimited orders. The app will not charge you anything if you have less than 50 orders a month. Again, you can see the full details of our pricing plans in the "Pricing" section of our Shopify App Store listing. Hope that makes sense. They'll charge you even if you try the 'free' version.
Sorry to hear you were surprised by the pricing of the app. I've double checked your account, and the app did correctly add the charge only after you crossed the 50 order limit for the month. This is of course after your 14 day free trial had expired, which is not counted. As stated above in the Shopify App Store (under Pricing) the app is free for any store with less than 50 orders per month. For stores with more than 50 orders per month, the app costs $10 for that month. You cannot use the "free version" if your account has more than 50 orders in a month, as mentioned in the pricing. Of course we don't want anyone to be disappointed after using our apps, so we're issuing a full refund to your account :) Please do let us know if you need anything else. Takes Too much to Load the orders., If we select 50 order in orders dashboard it takes more than 30 minutes to print.
