Clonky and buggy app. Had to add sender details three times as it failed to save or accept it. It couldn't find the post code until you try multiple times. And when we try to add delivery service, a fixed popup comes up that will not go away ("With your Shopify pricing plan, you can generate shipments from the orders tab, but you cannot display our shipping prices to your customers."). Who's got the time to constantly be in touch with support for all these buggy apps if basic features fail?

I ditched shipstation after having serious support issues. Packlink has met all my expectations so far and in comparison, I cant express how amazing their support was during setup and all the way to getting my first order shipped. AMAZING!

Platform is good, app doesn't link with our store so we have to switch to their website to complete shipping. Support from Renata has been quick and super helpful in dealing with often problematic shipping and service from DPD.

Contact with Katia was perfect to help us understand and unlock some details in connection with shopify.

L'autrizzazione dello scambio dei dati del destinatario non è ancora completamente automatizzato, occorre sempre autorizzazre dall'app lo scambio dei dati, ma ovviamente nulla a che vedere con l'inserire i dati manualmente. L'assistenza è di ottima qualità, abbiamo avuto a che fare con il sig.re Martino del supporto clienti che ha risolto una nostra richiesta in modo professionale e cordiale, Ottima integrazione.

Great App, above all, very good, proactive and reactive service! A pity that some destinations are not covered (switserland, USA, etc.) from our country (Belgium) but hopefully it will be the case soon? We recommend it of course!

TOP Service, gerne jederzeit wieder. Bin seit 5 Jahren Kunde bei Packlink und es funktioniert alles genau so, wie es sein sollte. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Easy to use and cheaper than other courier service providers. We have an account manager who is easy to contact and very helpful.

Angelo e Stefano sono sempre a disposizione e pronti a risolvere tutti i problemi. Si può migliorare solo la parte della chat che a volte fa aspettare tanto e non si ottengono risposte molto chiare, ma quando si parla al telefono o via mail privatamente con Angelo o Stefano, loro sanno sempre come aiutarti.

great app for customers as they can choose they preferred courier. not so good for UK merchants as we are forced to pay each shipment as PAYG due to Direct Debit being unable for UK merchants.
