Pillow Profits Fulfillment

I reinstalled the app today and got 3 orders, the app is not in sync with my store, tried to contact support and they are helpless, no info why the app is not in sync and not telling how to fix. worst app ever Profit was with Shopify, they fixed it today everything is fine now. Shit happens!

Great quality products but they messed up a lot of my orders. I've had over 20 complaint this month, about wrong sizes, shipping not the whole orders and also over 3 weeks delay time of Express Shipping which is suppose to take 2 weeks. It takes a week to response to my email which they always left me hanging and get to a point I made up some stuff to tell my customers. I'm trying to find a new suppliers for my stuff at the moment.

Love the ease of adding your own artwork to the products. The product images are very high quality.

This is one of my favorite POD apps by far. Excellent prices and everything is handled post-purchase for me. I'm looking forward to growing with them even more!

Rubbish customer service, esp. from support call "Glen" no intention to improve, been with them for awhile, fed up and sick of inconsistent prints, crap quality products. Had one order during the holiday season last year - Express line item don't ship via express, msged them about it they won't refund and only will apply credit to your account. At this point not happy with you guys. Trying to reinstall the app is trying to charge me. I already paid this month. As of now do not have the app in my shop because of this. Paying for something i do not have.

Great great app and products...however support seems to have gone missing. Customer order issues that have no way of getting resolved. The support time of 6-12 hours is not realistic...the only flaw i have found in this wonderful company so far. Hopefully they are working to resolve this. Had to give them 3 stars cuz of fullfillment issues and lag time of customer support.

Not at all what it is advertised to be. Do your research before installing this app. It's definitely not worth the $30 a month.

Pillow Profits is an awesome app. It lets you take control of your fulfillment process if you want to cancel or put on hold your order. If your customer ordered a wrong size of shoes, they will send another one free of charge. No other company can do that. They also give you free campaign, free designs to help you get started and making sales. I just wish it has more flexibility on the file requirements, not everyone owns photoshop to make cmyk mode files, and also ability to move pictures on the mockups to the way I like.

This is the best print on demand app ever. They have great support and many resources for us to get started. The creator know what we need. This app is very easy to use and absolutely a game changer!
