I have been using them for a little over 2 years. I launched my brand with them. Here are the key takeaways: - Quality: unparalleled. You won't find any better anywhere else. - Shipping: Takes very long, that is the downfall of POD from China though. You can opt for faster shipping but it is very expensive. - Customer service: Depends on your issue. For lost/returned packages they can be helpful (they won't respond after hours/weekends and holidays). for quality issues I've had some problems. There were shorts with a hole in them and they didn't issue a refund and told me to ask the customer to sew them. Customer service has been getting better through the years but compared to other POD providers they have long ways to go. - Integration: No issues. - Product lineup: Most items are oversized. Regular fit items are very few and lower quality but the oversized items have outstanding quality. Would love to see more diversity like jackets, hats, beanies, regular fit sweatshirt etc.. Overall, I gave them 4 stars and not 5 because of the customer service issues (slow to respond, not always available, rarely fix quality issues with a refund) but if you are starting your brand and want great quality, this is for you.

This POD company is the best one i've found. Compared to other company, this one has clothing that actually looks good and doesn't feel cheap. The branding options are also amazing. The only thing is sometimes the shipping can be a while, and faster shipping options for cheaper would be better, but most of my customers either don't mind waiting or get it fast enough. Definitely recommend for a clothing brand.

Can’t make a single complaint. This has upgraded my shopify store to the next level, they’re so helpful and have a great range of products. So much better than other competitors and can’t recommend them enough!

Just received my first sample and have to say 10/10 quality. The only thing is the 12-15 day delivery wait, but most people would wait for a quality shirt. I know people who would wait weeks for Yeezy or Travis Scotts. This is hands down the best work Ive seen so far and I have been doing research for months on reddit, google, yt etc because printful and the generic manufacturers werent quality and didnt provide that streetwear look. Overall I am very happy and looking forward to launch with PodPartners.

Doesn't work, I've linked several products but when the customer places an order it doesn't work and blocks the checkout.

Took about 3 weeks to receive my item in America, overall, quality was nice, wish there were more accessories, etc but it is great. I hope they expand what they offer in time, like tighter-fit crop tops, hats, maybe more jackets, etc. Great though for what it is. As long as you understand it's gonna be likely 3 weeks to get your items.

EDIT - I connected with a sales manager and she is doing her best to help with each of these issues. They gave verbal remedies I am now to wait for a follow-through. I will update again when I know more. 2nd Edit - orders are moving faster, now that I have 1-1 communication with them I’m much more likely to stay with the service for now DO NOT USE THEM Currently waiting 7 days for a sample to get out of production. They promise 2 days and never deliver. Same with your customers' orders. It's a joke. Customers wait a month for one t-shirt. And they never answer my outreach. They will reply to this with their same excuses as all the other comments. Don't fall for it. You will be scammed and damage your companies reputation.

Not a good service as it stands at the moment. I have created and ordered 5 samples from PODPartner as i like what clothing they had to offer. I paid for express shipping which was 70 dollars. this was supposed to take 5-7 business days as of the 5th of November. it is the 14th of November and my order is still in production. how am i supposed to rely on them to ship to costumers in a timely manner if they cant handle a small sample order. I messaged them on their messenger a few days ago and got no response either. not professional.

YOU HAVE TO TEST THEIR PRODUCTS FIRST TO SEE WHICH ONE WOULD FIT YOUR TASTE!! THEIR PRODUCTS HAVE SOLID QUALITY WHEN IT COMES TO MATERIAL AND PRINT QUALITY. AS OF RIGHT NOW THE PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY HAVE STILL A LOT OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. AS LONG AS THEY SLOWLY IMPROVE THE FEATURES, WEBSITE, AND THE OPERATION. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO USE THEIR SERVICE!. GREAT JOB PODPARTNER TEAM!

Products look great but service is horrible i placed a sample order for 5 pieces and have not received anything. I also paid for fast shipping which its pass the time. I'm being told i will receive update and haven't received anything. This app should be removed.

Stay far away from this app. We have been waiting for our product samples for over 1 month and still have yet to receive anything. Not to mention they also refuse refunds. Not sure why shopify still has this in their app center.

At first, they seem great. I did a sample order and everything went fast and good quality Then when I started selling, everything went bad. I placed like 10 orders and non of them were being shipped. It's been like 8 days now and nothing has changed. Also customer support keeps saying ''They will update soon'' but no clear answers on when. Also no apologies or anything Clothes and prints are great but unfortunately very bad unreliable service that will cost you clients

Clothes look good on website... but it took them 2 weeks to produce t-shirt and shipping times say 6-10 days. so 4 weeks!! Simply not good enough. First sale with them, and i have had to refund customer at my expense. Fed the line they are expanding production warehouse, but never do they warn you of this. Unrealistic buying and selling experience.

you all are super talented group from the sourcing of the garments that you offer to the fantastic and clearly well-planned build of the UI/UX and functionality of the app using the shopify admin api, it's pretty impressive. like you all are legit on a way different level than the printfuls and spods and print whatever they all are brutal compared to your team and your app plus the most important aside from that which is options for a being creative and offering quality garments, keep up the great work!!
