I've been working with them for a while. Some products are of decent quality, but others are just terrible. White colors suit their clothes well because they use white-based textiles. However, they don't dye the entire fabric, so if you stretch the garment even slightly, you can see the white underneath. The towel they offer is more like a dust cloth, not a real towel. They only dye the outer layer, leaving the inside completely white. Selling clothes like this is unacceptable—if you use a dark palette, it will look awful. Horrible.

Amazing quality for the following items: Fashion Sports Luggage Bag Gym Bag Duffle Bag, Travel PU Leather Toilettrie Bag Makeup Cosmetics Organizer, Mens/Womens High Top Canvas Shoes - Customized Tongue, Mens/Womens High Top Upgraded High Top Leather Sneakers. The fabric, stitching, zippers, straps, shoelaces, soles were all top quality and the print colours of our designs look incredible, so impressed. Branding extras are fantastic and well worth the extra cost. Customer Service is outstanding, the team go above and beyond and we are very Happy we moved to POPCUSTOMS. Keep up the great work! I am very please with how the leather handbag turned out. The print quality is great, the handbag was well made and I feel confident in adding this product to my store. In addition, customer service is very responsive. I will continue to use their service.

We ordered a sample to test their quality and because they also offer branding services and although we didnt receive the thank you cards and hang tags (which by they way they were quick to reply and fix the issue) we are amazed at their quality of products! Highly recommend POPCUSTOMS for any POD Business. We are staying in business with these guys! Their support help is also amazing!

Wow i've read the other reviews complaining about poor customer service and it couldn't be further from the truth, May and Belan are always so professional while dealing with any of my enquiry, and always reply in a matter of hours at worst. The products are amazing and great quality, top-notch customer service, the branding options are the best on the market so far, I use Popcustoms with confidence! Absolutely 5 Stars!

担当者も親切で色々なアイテムが作れる素晴らしいサービスだと思いますが、それはPODサービスとしてきちんと機能してこそ言えること。 前回注文したものと同じものが届かない、イメージ通りに仕上がらない(プレビューと納品物の間にずれがある)、梱包が雑…という不安定なサービスのため、お客様への直送はおすすめしません。 必ず手元でチェックしてからお客様へお届けするようにした方が良いです。 また、思うものが上がって来ず、調整に時間がかかるので、年間計画としてこの時期にこれを作ろう…と考えていると大きな機会損失を生みます。 やり取りにも手間がかかり大変なので、あまりあてにできないというのが正直なところです。 *** 利用するのは今回で2回めでしたが、なかなか思い通りのものが仕上がって来ないことにいら立ちと疲れを覚えました。 具体的には… 1回目で発生した問題は、折り畳み傘の袋やベルトのデザインが反映されないまま届いたこと。注文前にプレビューを確認していたので間違いないのですが、注文詳細ページでは傘袋とベルトからデザインが脱落していたことを理由に、「こちらに落ち度はない」と言われ、やり取りの結果「こちらに落ち度はないががディスカウントとクーポンで対応する」ということで落ち着きました。 2回目で発生した問題は、1回目に注文したグレーのバケツハットを注文したところ、白いものが届いたこと。 事前に担当者がInstagramのDMでコンタクトを取ってきたのでやり取りをしていましたが、写真が白に見えていたので「グレーですよね?」と確認したところ、前回の別の色味のグレーを出してきて「これか?」というので「違う、その写真のものが白に見えたので心配になったが、明るいグレーなら良い」と言って進めました。しかし届いたのは紛うことなき白…。明らかに前回と違う色味でした。 問い合わせたところ「アップデートでグレーの色が変わった」と。どう見ても白ですが……。 梱包も雑で袋に入れただけの発送のため、帽子型崩れ防止の緩衝材もぐちゃぐちゃにつぶれひしゃげた状態で届きました。 また、プレビューとは違う仕上がりのスニーカーへの不安を示したがそれについてもノーコメント。納品後、再度確認したところ「サイズにより出方が違う」との回答でしたが、サイズに合わせてプレビュー表示できるようにしていただくか、どのサイズでも同じ出方になるようきっちり合わせていただきたいです。 色が違うことに関して再生産の手配をいただき、「★4のレビューにしてほしい」と要望をいただいたので、★の数を4つにしました。 色についてはイメージ通り。ただし、バケツハットはベース生地が薄いため表面に攣れが生じます。あまり面積のある刺繍にしない方がよさそうです。 ==English== I think the service is great, with kind staff and the ability to create various items. However, this can only be said if the POD service functions properly. Due to the inconsistent service—items not matching previous orders, products not turning out as expected (discrepancies between previews and delivered items), and sloppy packaging—I do not recommend direct delivery to customers. It’s better to check the items yourself before sending them to customers. Additionally, because the final products often do not meet expectations and require time-consuming adjustments, planning to create specific items at certain times can result in significant opportunity losses. The process is labor-intensive and unreliable, to be honest. ***UPDATE*** This was my second time using the service, and I felt frustration and exhaustion as the products did not turn out as expected. Specifically: The first issue was that the design on the umbrella bag and belt was not reflected on the delivered product. Although I had confirmed the preview before ordering, I was told that there was no fault on their part because the design was missing from the umbrella bag and belt on the order detail page. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to offer a discount and coupons as a resolution, even though they maintained it wasn’t their fault. The second issue occurred when I ordered a gray bucket hat similar to the one from my first order, but received a white one instead. I had been in contact with the staff via Instagram DM, and when the photo appeared white, I asked, "Is this gray?" They showed me a different shade of gray from my previous order and asked, "Is it this?" I replied, "No, I was worried because the one in the photo looked white, but as long as it’s a light gray, it's fine." However, what arrived was undeniably white, clearly different from the previous shade. When I inquired, they said, "The gray color changed with an update," but it looked completely white. The packaging was sloppy, and the cushioning to prevent the hat from getting misshapen was completely crushed. Additionally, I expressed concerns about the sneakers that didn’t match the preview, but received no comments. After delivery, I was told, "The appearance varies by size." I would like them to either adjust the preview to match the size or ensure that the design remains consistent across all sizes. ***UPDATE*** I arranged for a replacement due to the color discrepancy, and was asked to leave a 4-star review, which I did. The color was as expected, but the bucket hat’s thin base fabric caused puckering on the surface. It seems best to avoid large embroidered areas.

Worst customer service I've ever had from a POD company. I've had to stop using them for most products because they do not backup their products. My customer received one of their products with a massive cut in it and they want me to have them take all these new photos. No. Literally every single other POD company I use would accept the customer email and photo of the product defective. Not POPCUSTOMS. They want you to jump through crazy hoops just so they can save $20. Not the first time something like this has happened. I'm over it.

I have recently entered the POD business. My first printed item was done through PopCustoms. I requested a sample product which arrived in the expected time (13 days). The product (women's canvas shoes) was of good quality, and the print was great... no bleeding, color was on point, and images were crisp and clean looking. Ada at customer service communicated with me throughout the process and sent me pictures of the shoes when my sample was complete. I just got my first customer order last night, but his morning discovered the order hadn't been received by PopCustoms. I contacted Keke at customer service and although it took a couple of hours of chatting to resolve the issue, she was very patient and helpful, and my customers order is 'in-process' as I write this. I have already recommended PopCustoms to other POD entrepreneurs!

POPCustoms product are very good quality with excellent pricing. I plan on growing my product line with them. The only con to using them are longer shipping times. I am planning on using their expediated shipping moving forward.
