This app does exactly what we need! Plus the customer support from Richcarde M. was incredible. I had a few questions and needed help and he got them fixed so quickly!

Well thought out, valuable apps, and with exceptional customer support. I ran into an issue where an important form we use was deleted because the app was accidentally removed from our store, and they were able to restore the lost form for us…over a weekend to boot.

Shopify's support is incredibly helpful! I worked with Richcarde M. and he was able to resolve my issue within minutes. He explained what was going on and made sure I was good to go. On top of that, he was so courtesy and cordial. 10/10 would work with Richcarde M. from Shopify again!

I have some form style issue when using default theme which may largely affect CX. Customer service can solve your problem! It is helpful.

I have used this app for a couple of years now and love it! Love how I can customize my forms to collect specific information based on what I need. Tech support is quick to answer any questions I have.

This app had some great features, but ultimately didn't help us with variables in merchant billing. Also, most importantly, the loading speed is significantly slow. Are there any ways around this?

We use this for Wholesale Contacts. We had an issue, and I contacted support who responded and fixed the issue within 2 hours. Amazing service, great product.

I do NOT like this app I don't like that it is not from my URL and that it requires folks to create an account. People should be able to ask questions seamlessly.

The app provides an unusable service, why am I being prompted for this? Please cancel my charge! “What happened? You've requested a page on a website (www.powr.io) that is on the Cloudflare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare's system. What can I do? If you are the owner of this website: you should login to Cloudflare and change the DNS A records for www.powr.io to resolve to a different IP address.”
Hello Viviebike, Please accept our sincerest apologies concerning the server issue you experienced. Please know the downtime you referenced in your review was not a result of our failure, but caused by our hosting provider, Heroku. Their entire network went down for 6 hours, which in turn directly affected the entire POWR network. Useful so far, videos online have been helpful. Their FAQ's responded to many of our questions and their website has all of the infromation you need.

We use this app to capture wholesale leads on our website. It works great. It is easy to create and change the form as needed, and the one time I needed customer support they were very fast to respond and resolve the issue.
