This is a great App that I have used a lot. I use the PRO Version which is Easy, Quick, and professional looking with all the options we have ever needed.

App is good but disappointed with the support. Emailed several times but no response received even after a week's time. Please improve your customer support.

This app had some great features, but ultimately didn't help us with variables in merchant billing. Also, most importantly, the loading speed is significantly slow. Are there any ways around this?

We use this for Wholesale Contacts. We had an issue, and I contacted support who responded and fixed the issue within 2 hours. Amazing service, great product.

I do NOT like this app I don't like that it is not from my URL and that it requires folks to create an account. People should be able to ask questions seamlessly.

The app provides an unusable service, why am I being prompted for this? Please cancel my charge! “What happened? You've requested a page on a website (www.powr.io) that is on the Cloudflare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare's system. What can I do? If you are the owner of this website: you should login to Cloudflare and change the DNS A records for www.powr.io to resolve to a different IP address.”
Hello Viviebike, Please accept our sincerest apologies concerning the server issue you experienced. Please know the downtime you referenced in your review was not a result of our failure, but caused by our hosting provider, Heroku. Their entire network went down for 6 hours, which in turn directly affected the entire POWR network. Useful so far, videos online have been helpful. Their FAQ's responded to many of our questions and their website has all of the infromation you need.

We use this app to capture wholesale leads on our website. It works great. It is easy to create and change the form as needed, and the one time I needed customer support they were very fast to respond and resolve the issue.

Very powerful and useful app. Can do a tremendous amount with only the free plan. Created numerous forms that are boosting customer satisfaction, and the pop ups are genuinely resulting in more sales. The team is also very responsive to any questions and errors, very kind and helpful people.

Die App hat viele Funktionen mit denen man genau das basteln kann was man braucht und ist trotzdem gut verständlich. Manchmal scheint der Mail Notification Service nicht immer zu funktionieren, aber der Support hilft sehr schnell und effektiv!

This form is easy to adapt to create lots of other forms! Tech support response was quick and accurate. July 20, 2023 Chat was ENORMOUSLY helpful. This form creator serves many purposes for us and Chat is there to help us get the best use.

POWR never gives up when they solve a problem. I appreciate the support. If I have a problem they really listen to the problem and they solve it.

I had been using the App for 1 years. untill last year It was working OK. Then I unstalled because I did not anymore. Today I have installed again. It is not working. They tried to update it but they destroyed it. Now it is one of the worst App on Shopify. I never experienced such a lousy support. I am deleting the App even I am losing 17 Usd. "This is a very useful App. I have started using it and I like it. Highly recommended. I did not have need for support, everything is clear" dated 27.04.2023

The app is pretty amazing, but I hope that in the future it would give much more options to its free version.
