This app does exactly what it says and works very well! I would recommend this app to anyone that is looking for a GREAT contact form.

This app is easy to set up and we were quickly able to create and add forms that fit our website. The forms integrated with our theme and were customizable to match our website design. We look forward to seeing how the forms work once our website is up and running.

This app does everything that we asked it to do ... Only issue we have is when you start to scale really fast on sign ups the plans jump to a really high plan quickly... We changed the plan for that month and then brought it back to the basic plan after we scaled... Checkout TRAININGMASK.COM

I am not yet convinced as i am struggling to get it setup for only 1 specific product as opposed to all my products...it is slowing down my launch plan.

Really good app. The support is very swift and helpful. I recommend you install and use this app especially if your shop is in English. I would love to have the possibility to translate error messages (when the user forgets to fill a mandatory field in the contact form) to any language on the app's backoffice though.

It just perfectly meet our needs. No need to add code in the background. Installation was quite easy, automatic.

What a bad app, u can't even contact the support team, due to no one will answer you, since 3 days I'm sending them inquiries with no luck, also be careful, if you use the app on ur website, the pages will load very slow and they will never answer u to solve this issue!
Hi there, So sorry for your bad experience. We are third party app which is actually using Iframe and unfortunately we cannot start loading our scripts before all Shopify's scripts are executed. Meantime if you will try to check an example of our form installed on any empty page like that https://www.powr.io/plugins/form-builder/view?id=30459316&mode=page you might notice that it's loading pretty fast. Currently, we are working to improve our loading speed as much as we can to improve it. very easy to install, waiting to use it but at the moment I am really well impressed. I am using the free plan, but the only thing i would have more it's the possibility to insert a logo in the form.

Latest Safari on latest Mac do not show any form we build with powr. Please, test this link at your computer: https://rd.se/pages/lar-dig-flyga To upgrade and use a paid shopify plugin does not help. If it not be solved, we have to try out something else.

Great app to have multiple forms on your website (contact form, polls on the website, etc) with responsive customer service in addition.

Even on the free plan they have a nice customer support. They reply quickly and do their best to find a solution that works for both sides.

Very easy set-up! Needed a product registration form that had more flexibility than the "contact" form on Shopify. This looks like it will do it. Will update after using it for a little while. Thanks!

This app is user friendly, easy to customize, and easy to use. The thing that I don't like about this plug-in is that it loads very slow on our site once published. It's more than a couple of seconds. People just don't want to wait for it! Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong?

I want to like this app because of the conditional logic and ease of use. However it does not seem to work on Edge browser for Android(not that anyone actually uses that). Support says it is fine. After testing on several devices It is clearly not. One more mention is a customer messaged trying to fill out a form, saying they could not fill out and received message "could not fill out form due to embedded code". Lastly the form loads slowly even with my 150mbs internet service.(see slow load here https://sunshineagsupply.com/pages/kifco-reel-design)
