We used the app for a few days and so far - we are very pleased with it. The setup is easy and by using these unique, custom-made forms, we were able to provide a more professional and functional interface for our customers. Highly recommended.

While this app may not be the absolute best in its category, it certainly holds its own. I tested 8 similar apps, and for me, this one stands out as the best choice. *Arlyne, the customer service agent, was excellent and provided all the assistance I needed.

We found it useful initially, but then was no longer working with our platform/site. Customer service with POWR staff however was exceptional and very responsive.

Easy integration with shopify, and I'm able to customize our form as much as I want. Support was super helpful, Irina got back to me quickly and solved my problem within 24 hours. Definitely makes me more confident using the app knowing support will be there when needed, especially for someone as un-tech savvy as me.

Richcarde did solve my problem when Responses stopped being delivered to our Emailadresse. He did understand the problem straight away and fixed it within 1 day. He replied very quickly. Support is very good, but loading time of the embed contact forms in our sites is a bit too slow for us. We still keep the App, because it has the features "Autoresponder" and "Sent notification to Email", but I think he loading time is a downside.
