Richcarde did solve my problem about not seeing my forms when I logged into Power. But I could access my forms from Shopify. The form builder app does let us create useful forms for our application. It provides a Mailchimp and Google Sheets interface too.

Effective and useful, works better than other forms I've tried on our site. clean and straightforward. Support is attentive and competent.

No support help at all. I've literally emailed them over 3 times about a error I'm having with a page. I can't use the page until its fixed. They won't email me back, so I'm going to have to find a different app

I've been using this Form Builder since 2016 and it just keeps getting better. They are current with adding new features to constantly improve, and the customer support is quick and helpful, Mithsou was a pleasure to work with and answered all my recent questions. Definitely recommend!

Richarde was very helpful. I am sorry there is an ad on the bottom of the form since I'm on the free plan. But that's not his fault!

However it's not possible to have the same benefits on the free plan as on the paid plans unfortunately, meaning the POWR watermark will show at the bottom of the app unless you upgrade. Great app, easy to pick up, learn and use even as a new shopify customer. Does everything we need form wise for sign ups, contests, etc. Subscriptions are easy to change up or down and the Live Chat is extremely helpful. Great experience with POWR Form Builder.
