Easy to use and customer support is great. They're really quick to fix any and all issues via email, and they respond quickly.

I found this app today and works great in my site, I like that your can create multiple forms with the same app. I do not need to install many only this one. I like that is easy to use, I am not a computer professional, but I made my form today with not problems. this is my personal opinion, I am not getting paid or rewarded for my review.

Great app for beginners! Loved the fact that the most important features are free. This is probably my all time favourite form app!

I used this app to build a dealer/distributor sign up form. Very easy to use and fairly user friendly. Definitely the right price at FREE. Would like to see more control over font sizes. Color picker is excellent.

Installed it today and it added to my site very easily. I can easily say that i would recommend this app. Once my site grows more I will move to the paid version.

Excellent product for clients. It allows them to easily create and edit forms, something Shopify itself sorely lacks.

We're a small, non profit scooter park, and looking to hold a fundraiser. Form Builder enabled us to create and publish a registration form...in just a few minutes! Awesome

Quick and easy to use! Needed a last minute form added to my store and this app got it done in ten minutes.

this app is too slow! when you click on the page it takes a while for the form to come up on the page

The app works good for what we need. The customer service agent via chat was very helpful and able to get our form working that was not showing up for customers.

BUYERS/USERS BEWARE I was using this free form for sometime then they automatically billed me the pro version after a year, this was paid for through my Shopify account which is what they make you sign up for to use the free version. They have a refund policy of 5 days from billing, the only trouble is they NEVER have to refund because the 5 days is not in line with Shopify's billing. So they charged my Shopify account on 27 June and Shopify bill on 9th August for the month, I applied for a refund on the 10th of August the day I saw the charge on my Shopify bill and POWr.io refused to refund me because it was outside of there 5 days but not Shopify's. This way they never have to give a refund because they keep telling customers it's too late. They refused to consider this dodgy behaviour, I complained to Shopify that if a app provider is going to bill through their system then they have to have policies in line with Shopify billing not their own. Marco in support was of no help and refused to escalate it to a supervisor. Their apps might be Ok for a few weeks but if you intend on using it long term be careful and don't pay for it through your Shopify account or you will be victim to this fraudulent practice too.

It's great but as a free form building site it really limits you to how much you can do. For a newbie business that only needs a couple forms, the monthly payment simply is not feasible at the moment.
