We’ve been really happy using this app for our online store. It’s made it super easy for customers to pre-order products even bundle items. The customer service team is excellent too, really quick to respond and always so helpful. Highly recommend!

The PreOrder Globo app is fairly easy to use and understand, making it simple to set up preorder functionality on our site. There can be occasional small issues with formatting or display, but their customer service team is excellent — quick to respond, very helpful, and always able to fix things in a timely manner. Overall, it’s a solid app with great support!

TERRIBLE since the update. We rely on this app a great deal, but since they did an update to the features it doesn't work at all. The feature that says, "Pre-Order" never shows up on our website. Take it back to the last format. It worked just fine. We'll be dropping this pre-order app for a different one.

Truly amazing customer service - Rosie promptly helped me sort out all my issues and ensured that preorder went live without a hitch!!! I was looking at a lot of other pre-order apps but this one allows the most flexible pre-order (unlimited products) and up to 20 free pre orders. I will definitely upgrade to paid version once I need it!!!

I haven’t fully explored the app yet, but it was very easy to set up. I experienced a small issue where one of the buttons wasn’t putting the product into pre-order, but the support team quickly resolved it. Their fast response gives me confidence to keep using their solutions.
