The app is pretty easy to setup but if you get stuck they have great customer support. Gemma from customer service was very helpful and quick to help us resolve some technical issues.

We’ve been using this pre-order app for a couple of week and it has made a huge difference to our day-to-day operations. The system is straightforward, reliable, and easy our team to use. One of the biggest positives has been the customer support – whenever we’ve had a query, the team has responded incredibly quickly and with helpful solutions. It’s clear they really care about their users and are committed to providing a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

We've had a great experiencing using this product. It's intuitive, easy to configure and when we get stuck, support is right there to help! We use several of the Globo products and we are very happy with all them so far. Looking forward to more positive products and experiences.

This app works great. We have been using it with great success for several years. The app is full of great features that are valuable to us. The reason I'm taking the time to post a review today is because I received quick respons and great help from Gemma when my website wasn't working properly anymore. They get the website working fine again in a short time!

Support has been very helpful in working a few kinks out between our theme and the Preorder app. Sarah took care of the issue for us, I always appreciate when support goes way beyond "here's an article for you"!

Customer support if GREAT. If you have a question or just need to know how to do something, you can chat with support. It only takes a moment for someone to reply and they always give you screen shots so you know exactly what to do.

So far, so good! Right out of the box I did have a little resistance from a few features. 5 stars is for apps that just go, so I was thinking 4 stars here. However; I reached out to support and they had it all fixed and running smoothly within hours. I worked with Sarah in particular who was fast to respond and rounded up all the appropriate resources to get things going. I feel confident to go ahead and upgrade my membership and dump the other app I was using. Thank you Sarah! But wait there's more..I just asked a chat question and Rosie waved a magic wand. All systems are a go for launch!
