I am a complete newbie to Shopify and I am blown away by the amazing customer service. Never had this before on a free app!!! I installed the app to handle the preordering of my upcoming book launch and it works perfectly well. Thanks to Rosie I was able to understand the process pretty quickly.

We are new to Shopify as well as installing/setting up apps of any kind. We selected Globo because of its ratings and FREE subscription. Our goal was to set PRE-ORDER for a new book release, Lessons of Kindness: Transformations from Around the World. Rosie was our customer support representative. She helped us navigate the installation. Rosie also sent screen shots pointing us to next steps when we were lost. She was successful in getting us installed within one session. We applaud her for her patience as well. We were able to view the page after saving changes, and it worked just as we had hoped. Very nice app ... and a great support staff. The app is really great and allow to manage pre-orders and Back in stock products/notifications. If something is not very clear or small customizations are needed, the support team is here to help.

I have used many e-commerce platforms and plugins, but PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock is truly outstanding. I chose this plugin not because it’s free, but because it offers the best functionality on the market. In fact, it’s a bit surprising that such a high-quality tool is available for free, as its quality and functionality surpass many paid tools. Customer Support: The support team is excellent. They respond quickly to any questions or issues that arise. For example, when I had a question about a specific feature, the support team replied within a few hours and helped resolve the problem. Such speed and professionalism are rare.

Globo is an excellent app that seamlessly integrates both Back in Stock and Pre-order functionalities, offering customers flexibility in their shopping experience. This versatility enhances customer satisfaction significantly. Plus, I was thoroughly impressed by Globo's Live Chat support system. Rosie, the agent I interacted with, was incredibly knowledgeable and quick with her answers to all my queries. Her patience and assistance made my experience truly outstanding.

This app is simple once you understand the terminology and get through the first set up. I love that I can set up groups of products to be on pre-order with a single set of rules. And the support is absolutely phenomenal!!

The app works like a charm, even though I just started working on it. Rosie was quick, ultra helpful and understanding. Amazing support. I really hope this app grows more and more!
