Rosie and the Globo team were lifesavers! They responded promptly and resolved a pre-order pricing issue. They then went out their way to resolve an cart editing issue that was being caused by the shopify theme itself. The went above and beyond. Thank you!

I am yet to use this App and still currently in test phase however the support so far from Rosie has been amazing! Very happy to assist and customise if necessary!

We've started using PreOrder Globo to launch a few new products on pre-sale and it’s working really well so far. It's a great way for us to test interest before committing to stock. I had a few teething issues with setup, but Rosie from customer support was super helpful and quick to respond. She guided me through everything and even helped make sure it was working correctly on our live theme. Great support and a really useful app!

We’ve been using the PreOrder app by Globo and are absolutely thrilled with the support team behind it. It does exactly what we need it to do and has helped us manage demand without the usual headaches that come with preorders. But what really stood out was the incredible support from Iris, Gemma, and Rosie — they were absolute lifesavers. Super responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and just genuinely helpful at every step. We couldn’t have done it without them — they made the setup smooth, sorted every one of our (many!) questions, and helped us get everything working exactly how we wanted. Big thanks to the wider Globo team too — every interaction has been friendly, fast, and effective. Honestly, if you’re on the fence, don’t be. The app works great and the team behind it makes it even better. Highly recommend!

Pre-Order Globo has made our product launches and restocks so much easier. It lets customers place orders in advance, helps avoid long wait times, and keeps everything smooth and organized. It's super easy to use—even for someone who’s not very tech-savvy—which has been a big help for us. Their customer support is also amazing—very accommodating, easy to talk to, and quick to offer real solutions whenever we need help. Highly recommend this app to any small business looking for a simple, reliable pre-order tool.

Very amazing support from the team especially Rosie & Gemma! They practically helped me with all the set up! I think this app is great for pre-orders & back in stock as I have a fairly large inventory. Will be looking forward to try other functions!

This is the second app I’m using from Globo, and once again, it delivers exactly as expected. PreOrder Globo is straightforward, easy to use, and works seamlessly. Gemma from the support team was fantastic, she helped get everything set up in no time. Great service and great app!

This app is incredibly useful. I needed a pre-order feature, so I decided to try it out—and I was pleasantly surprised by how many features it offers. I ran into a minor issue while using it, but Rosie helped me out in real time with fast and friendly support, and the problem was resolved quickly. I think I'll be using this app for all my future pre-order needs. Highly recommend!
