This app is incredibly useful. I needed a pre-order feature, so I decided to try it out—and I was pleasantly surprised by how many features it offers. I ran into a minor issue while using it, but Rosie helped me out in real time with fast and friendly support, and the problem was resolved quickly. I think I'll be using this app for all my future pre-order needs. Highly recommend!

I was having an issue with the PreOrder button not showing up on my site. Customer Support was extremely helpful in fixing the issue. It was operator error on my end, but they were very thorough in finding what I had done wrong. The functionality of this app is great in helping us collect pre-orders rather than losing sales on out of stock items. Highly recommend.

This is exactly the app we've been searching for! It allows us to lock in orders ahead of time, preventing lost sales. The technical support is also incredibly responsive. Highly recommended!

The app works very well, very useful for out-of-stock, coming soon, and pre-order products. We had to configure an option that wasn't included, and Rosie from support was very kind and quick to do it. I recommend the app.

So far so good with integrating Globo PreOrder.. Its not the simplest solution but its got a lot of customisation options so this can be a good or bad thing. But the support is excellent and Rosie was very responsive and helpful in assisting with the setup process.

I have never seen such excellent customer support before. Wherever I was getting stuck, their support team sent me video tutorials to guide me through. Their customer support is truly outstanding.

Just started using the app and like the simple functionality for Pre-orders. Was a little tricky to set up but Rosie and the team were super helpful, quick to contact and got the app working for us. We're focussing on pre-orders and there are options to amend the colours to presonalise for your site. So far everything working as expected.

Five stars isn’t enough—this app is a total game-changer. I’m so glad I found the Globo Back in Stock & PreOrder app. Not only did it give me two powerful features in one app but I also had the pleasure of working with Rosie, who was absolutely amazing. She was on top of every question I had, and if something needed to be fixed or customized on the backend, she didn’t miss a beat—she looped in the technical team and got it done fast. I felt completely supported throughout the entire setup. I actually canceled my other app for back in stock notifications because this one does both restocks and preorders for one price. Highly recommend—1000%
