Questa app di pre-order è un vero game changer! L’interfaccia è intuitiva, veloce e funzionale — ordinare in anticipo non è mai stato così semplice e comodo. Ma la vera punta di diamante è il servizio clienti: formidabile è dir poco. Rispondono in tempi record, sono sempre gentili, disponibili e vanno ben oltre le aspettative per aiutarti. È raro trovare un’assistenza così efficiente e umana al tempo stesso. In un mondo dove l’assistenza è spesso un punto debole, qui è invece il loro punto di forza assoluto. We've had a great experience using PreOrder Globo! The support team was super helpful and quick to respond when we had trouble with the mixed cart warning. Thanks to their help, everything is working perfectly now — including Japanese translation. Highly recommended for stores handling both pre-order and in-stock items.

Great app for collecting pre-orders and customer service, but be aware of Quick Add function on your store. It doesn't sync through with the app as pre-ordered product.
