Globo as a company are the best out there. Even with a big time difference they help you around the clock. Extremely happy with their service.

We just started using this app for some pre orders we're running and settings are pretty intuitive for the most part. I did have to reach out to customer support about removing some banners and Gemma was a big help. Very quick to respond and solved my issue.

The support team is great, which I consider as important as. the app itself. Rosie and Sarah helped me through the process and the app does exactly what I want.

One of first apps, which makes my usecase possible. The support is also spot on, and answers in a timely manner with good solutions. A bit of improvement potential could be the translation, but even here it excels competitors at the moment

Really useful app, easy to navigate and visually appealing. Works well. I had a small technical query and Gemma, the agent I spoke with, was very helpful and resolved the issue for me in under a minute. Impressed, to say the least.

This is awesome app. The customer support is also awesome. I've very quick reply and turnaround from the Dev team. They fixed all my preorder and back in stock issues. Customer Service Sarah is excellent, always ready to help. I've signed up paid plan quickly, and I really want to support this app too. Thanks so much.

The app itself is very easy to use! Most everything can be customized to fit your store's branding. Support was very helpful with everything I needed assistance with. They took care of it instead of sending articles with all of the steps, which was so nice!
