So happy with the help we received from both Rosie and Sarah. Both were quick to help and super communicative! Added a line of text that showed the estimated delivery date in our Shopify order confirmation email to align with our PreOrder product and Sarah helped troubleshoot / customize email notifications from the app. Thanks!

Firstly, Globo does not support pre-ordering bundles, which can be a significant limitation for some businesses. Secondly, even though you’re required to use and pay for third-party email services like SendGrid or MailChimp, Globo still charges you per email—despite not being the actual sender. On top of that, any unused email quota from the previous month doesn’t roll over, so you lose what you’ve already paid for. To make matters worse, the user interface is poorly designed. Many buttons are unclear, and you’ll likely need to run manual tests just to figure out what they do. If you reach out to support, be prepared to wait around 12 hours for a confusing response written in broken English. In short, Globo adds unnecessary costs, limits your communication with customers, and provides a frustrating user experience.

We've been using PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock to handle our pre-orders, and it's been working really well for our needs. The app is easy to use and integrates smoothly with our Shopify store. The support team has also been very helpful—Gemma assisted us with some custom changes, and she was quick to respond and make the adjustments we needed. Overall, a solid app for managing pre-orders, with good customer support. Would definitely recommend!

I have went through and tried MULTIPLE pre order apps. This is the best one THUS far. There were some flaws within the app, with badges, search filters, customizations etc. I have provided my feedback with hopes they do make some changes, and actually...they ensured some of the items I have commented on, would be fixed/adjusted. Their support team is really great and responsive though, I mean if you have any issues at all they are they to help you and work out the kinks. We will continue using their app!

The app is very well built and has everything we need. Any time something hasn't worked as expected, the development team is very quick to respond and help us. We've been using the Globo pre-order app for years across 4 different Shopify stores.
