We use this app for the pre order and coming soon features with our products rather than back in stock. Highly customisable for an affordable price, everything is automated as well so once you set your products up it's all taken care of. We are very particular about styling and language used in our store and you can customise anything you want with this app. Plus app support were able to help us very quickly with some custom options that weren't built into the app already, great dev team and support.

Total 5 out of 5 stars, the app does exactly what we need it to do: communicate clearly to customers that items are pre-orders. It's easy to work with, since you can set on variant level which items are pre-orders and which are not. So it's easy to launch pre-orders for just certain colours for example. The behaviour of the pre-order functionality can really be fine-tuned to what works for your specific situation. And the customer service team is top notch and quick to fix visual style as per your requirements. Another great app from the Globo Team :)

The response is very quick, and they sincerely help resolve issues in a way that suits the customer. Rosie’s support was especially helpful. The setup is easy, making it a great choice even for beginners.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with setting up bundle pre-order and Rosie helped fix the issue quickly. Will give 5 stars after using it for a longer time, and testing different fuctions the app offers
