The support was fast. And they fixed the issue just as fast. The plugin was easy to setup and use. So far no complaints. I wish all support from all services were as responsive as they are!

I have been using it for many years. There have been a few times when we had problems and orders were not being accepted for a period of time. I have continued to use them since then.

The app works fine, and quick customer service is one of the fastest. They fix any issues and do any requested customization.

This app is extremely helpful if you have a pending product that you want customers to be able to preorder. The people that assist are also very helpful! would recommend this app to anyone!

Very helpful, tried a couple of pre order apps and this is by far the best. Lets you have different delivery dates for different products which others don't
