Was not easy to find this kind of App with option to use few different languages on free plan. With Globo I was able to translate all the embedded forms and templates to 4 languages. Had some problem with installation, which was resolved just in few hours, thanks to support team.

Very helpful and prompt support in troubleshooting issues with our Theme and the app to help us quickly get up and running with all the graphics and settings we want for our user experience

Great app with a user-friendly interface. The support team is not only amiable but also efficient and quick to respond. Special thanks to Rosie from customer support for her exceptional assistance. Definitely the top choice for a preorder app.

I would 100% recommend Pre-order globo. The app is great but the customer service is by far the best I have ever had and I dont say this lightly. I have reached out to the customer support a couple of times now for pretty specific, intricate requests and they have provided the solution, generally within 1 hour of raising a ticket. I will continue to use this app for as long as we keep facing stock issues with suppliers.

App works very well and has lots of useful features that we needed to hire a coder to do in the past. Rosie from the support team knocked out our 1 small issue within a few hours. Globo always goes above and beyond with the customer service.

Es una app muy fácil de usar y útil! El servicio de soporte es rápido y muy amable! Rosie nos atendió de maravilla y lo hacen todo muy fácil. Es una app que ayuda mucho al cliente en los temas de Preorder :)

Very happy with the support and the app. My only issue is the integration with Klaviyo doesn't seem to import all the tags properly so have had a few people complain about about not getting updates re their pre-orders. But overall happy with the app and will continue to use it.
