The PreOrder Globo app has been a fantastic addition to my store, making the preorder process seamless and efficient. It’s easy to use, and I love how it integrates perfectly with my setup. I have just now started using PreOrder Globo. I had some initial trouble setting it up so that the pre-order would function correctly and that the badges appeared on the collection page. Rosie was able to help out and fix it all in one short session. Great service and all fixed.

Very supportive regarding custom import of existing mail list. Suggest improving the template so users can DIY instead of relying on the team. But overall good experience migrating data

The customer service support is very good. It's a useful app that I use often, but the problem is that it sometimes behaves strangely, probably I think may be, there are bugs here and there. But,when I asked a question through the chat box, the response was prompt and prompt. That point is so good!

I really wanted to rank this higher because on the surface it's a great tool. My problem is that some payment types don't trigger the stock count so if you set a pre-order volume, you have to watch it like a hawk and either manually update the values or disable pre-orders when you run out of stock. I spoke with customer service on this and they confirmed that some payment types aren't recognized by their app. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for this issue.

Amazing customer service - even for customers not paying for the app. Super helpful and immediate support. App is seamless and gives you everything you need for pre-orders. Couldn't recommend this more.

The app was very easy to set up. We needed some additional display assistance with our pre-order button and they responded quickly and fixed the issue right away.
