I have been using PreOrder Globo for a little while now. It's a good app and I've found the support really good. Just today I had a quick question which Helen was able to resolve within 3 minutes which was just fantastic. Really appreciated the support from Helen. Great service and all fixed.

Very supportive regarding custom import of existing mail list. Suggest improving the template so users can DIY instead of relying on the team. But overall good experience migrating data
The customer service support is very good. It's a useful app that I use often, but the problem is that it sometimes behaves strangely, probably I think may be, there are bugs here and there. But,when I asked a question through the chat box, the response was prompt and prompt. That point is so good!
I really wanted to rank this higher because on the surface it's a great tool. My problem is that some payment types don't trigger the stock count so if you set a pre-order volume, you have to watch it like a hawk and either manually update the values or disable pre-orders when you run out of stock. I spoke with customer service on this and they confirmed that some payment types aren't recognized by their app. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for this issue.
Amazing customer service - even for customers not paying for the app. Super helpful and immediate support. App is seamless and gives you everything you need for pre-orders. Couldn't recommend this more.
