Theme was changed and we had problems afterwards. Support was excellent. Very quick and fixed it fast for us. Highly recommend - You're in very capable hands and they will help you fast!

I contacted support through chat about a restock notification. They quickly understood the issue I was facing and resolved it. I'm pleased with the support provided, and it's very reassuring that they correctly understood what I wanted to convey and responded promptly.

Very happy so far (only been using a week). I was able to set up with ease and the customer support was very responsive and easy to work with. The first preorder orders are working well and looks good and I'm pleased with the back in stock notification, it's gives us an opportunity to engage with customers who normally would just leave.

Good customer support. I have tried lots of apps to setup preorder. Mostly failed because we fetch product variants as separate products. But here customer support quickly solved my problem and it works like a charm. Also one of few apps which alerts on Mixed Cart (preorder and not preorder). Restock e-mail notifications aren't really useable in multiple languages and multiple markets, because they can't work with different language and market URLs.

Ottima app e ottimo supporto tecnico! Semplice e funzionale da installare in autonomia, con il supporto di Mike e Rosie che in meno di una giornata hanno apportato tutte le modifiche da me richieste per adattare la grafica dell'app a quella del mio sito. Consigliatissima!

Works very well in our Shop. Not only the Back-in-stock feature, we also sell quite a lot over PreOrder. Also great Support and perfect compatibility with other Globo-Apps.
