The app is very to use and works great. Any questions are answered expertly by customer service very quickly.

The app is easy to use and has what I need to set up my store quickly. The support team is also very fast and enthusiastic, it took me less than 5 minutes to get immediate support for my problem.

Mike helped me this afternoon after struggling to install the app on my website. He was very helpful and extremely fast in dealing with my issues and got me up and running correctly very fast. He was patient wth me and sent me lots of screen shots to help me through the process. Mike is an asset to the company Thank you

Good app, however support was not the best. Couldn't get an issue resolved for two weeks, however they did amend this through a meeting that I did have to request about 5 different times. Other than the support not being quick, the app works great, and we are enjoying being able to offer pre-orders and email notifications regarding the orders.

We just started using PreOrder Globo and are already impressed. We had to customize a few things to fit our needs, but thankfully, the support was incredible.

I am Pleasantly surprise with this app. It really solved our issue for Pre-Order. Rosie is amazing with her 5 star service.
