This is a truly excellent app. Although we encountered some operational issues, the team responded with flexibility and adaptability, and I have come to realise that this is a company I can wholeheartedly trust. Although there is a language barrier, there are many staff members who strive to provide a friendly and sincere service. In particular, they make code corrections very quickly during business hours, and we have no concerns regarding compatibility issues with the theme. I was particularly impressed by Helen’s prompt, accurate and clear responses. It has made us realise that we must strive even harder to provide such excellent support ourselves.
