I have found working with the team at Globo an absolute pleasure, they are highly reactive and Rosie has been fantastic. I found the app to be highly functional yet very easy to learn and works very well for both pre-order requirements and back in stock too! There is a nice integration with Omnisend which is essential and back in stock subscribers can be sent to lists. One of the things I like the most is the template builder which is very good, you can create Omnisend style templates with enough custom sections to make it look similar to your other flows and this all comes out of the box, so I had 8 notification types set up in 20 minutes. And if you need a little bit of customisation to the styling of say the button or positioning they are there to help quickly and I really feel they cared about me as a customer and their live chat is very reactive. I would give more stars if I could and I want to thank the team at Globo for all their support. I will be looking to work with them long term :-)

So far has been very easy to set up and use. Their support service was very efficient and helpful, solved my problem very quickly. Rosie was on the chat with me and very helpful. Helped me solve my issue with pre-ordering when stock has not yet arrived.

I tested several apps and this seems to be the best one. Lots of customisation options and no monthly subscription fee! Support from Rosie was fast and excellent.

I've been using the Pre-Order Pro app for a while, and it's been fantastic. Recently, I needed to customize the pre-order button and change some text for our new campaign. The support team, especially Mike, was incredibly helpful and patient. Despite their busy hours, Mike promptly guided me through the steps and even offered to check our admin page. He provided clear instructions and screenshots, making it easy to follow. I was able to customize the button's appearance and change the text as needed. The app itself is very user-friendly, and the customization options are great. The support team truly goes above and beyond to help with any issues. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to add pre-order functionality to their Shopify store!

The app can do everything I need and it looks great. I worked with Rosie on some minor and some major tweaks to get my "pre order" setup just the way I wanted. Best service I've ever gotten working with a Shopify app. Anything they couldn't do from their side, they would assist me doing with visual examples. Made it super easy to setup.

I appreciate how connected the app is with our systems already but there are a few specific issues with pre-order integration in connection to Loop returns/exchanges that isn't as seamless. The customer service is always amazing though!
