Great app with a user-friendly interface. The support team is not only amiable but also efficient and quick to respond. Special thanks to Rosie from customer support for her exceptional assistance. Definitely the top choice for a preorder app.

App works very well and has lots of useful features that we needed to hire a coder to do in the past. Rosie from the support team knocked out our 1 small issue within a few hours. Globo always goes above and beyond with the customer service.

Very happy with the support and the app. My only issue is the integration with Klaviyo doesn't seem to import all the tags properly so have had a few people complain about about not getting updates re their pre-orders. But overall happy with the app and will continue to use it.

Superschneller Support. Dank der Backend-Chatfunktion sehr schnelle Antwort und zügige Lösung von Problemen. Ebenfalls via E-Mail sehr schnell zu erreichen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

This app is exactly what we were looking for. We can easily setup presales for items, has a nice countdown clock, and it switches automatically to a normal sale once the countdown ends. Support is also very friendly and responsive.

I've installed a number of apps and the support you get from this company is amazing. I have not even subscribed or paid anything and the support has been fantastic and the app works great.

I am giving this App a 5 star because the support has been superb, responsive, and quick. We had an issue on set up where the buttons were not visible. They promptly fixed the problem. We also needed guidance on how to switch from Sold Out to PreSale and they were quick and responsive.

Perfect. Works, does everything well and so easy to use. Any issues have been resolved quickly via chat and support is lovely and friendly. Never got a bad thing to say about this app. I also love that if we know we are not going to use it we can switch to the free price tier then upgrade it when we need it. REALLY helpful our end as we wish Shopify apps allowed pausing of services so we don't have to uninstall and re-install seasonally etc. such a good app, really does work and does it all. We have used it for many years. it never fails on us! Thank you guys!
