Great App for pre-orders and the ability to take partial payments! That's what I really use it for. And the support is top notch!!! I highly recommend.
If I could give the team 10 stars I could! Such a fantastic and powerful app that allows you to easily manage pre-orders. The app has improved and increased functionality heaps over time and is a really great price. They have pretty much everything you need. The support team are fantastic (thank you Sarah for helping with issues and helping me get the theme setup across multiple stores)! My only wish is that the app could support displaying metafield information on the front end to help simplify the population of an ETA message via variant metafield as merchants with large catalogues may not be able to use the manual tools provided to manage this effectively. But as the team are always updating the app, I'm hopeful this is something that can be added over time!
Absolutely loving it! Ran into a little tech hiccup, so I filled out a request. Boom, problem solved within 24 hours.
Very efficient and user friendly app, we highly recommend. Plus, the support is very reactive and solved an issue we had within an hour.
Really helpful customer service. Had an issue with the display of the product badges and they sorted it out quickly :)
Functionality is good, however found this little pricey. Otherwise this works well with us. Would recommend to offer this on a little lower price as for the smaller growing brands this can be very pricey.
Very useful tool for offering pre-sale items, particularly when awaiting new stock. Used the customer care when we had an issue and they resolved it quickly - thank you!
Does the job nicely and has a very useful translation feature that works for many languages. Haven't tested the Klaviyo flows yet. Just hope it works like the rest. Their support is helpful and reactive. Every questions/issues were solved within a few hours. Good job on that!
Overall the app works well and performs how it advertises. The support team is very responsive and was able to fix a theme issue in less than 48hr.
Nach dem wir verschiedene Apps für Vorbestellungen (Pre-Order) getestet hatten und nicht zufrieden waren haben wir mit dieser App nun das für uns perfekte Produkt gefunden. Volle Integration in Shopify und umfangreiche Anpassungen der Styles auch in der kostenlosen Version. Leider hatten wir zwei Fehler in der App bei unserem Theme Dawn (doppelte Buttons und Ribbons waren nicht da) - dieses wurde aber nach einer E-Mail an den Support innerhalb von 12 Stunden behoben - besser geht es nicht. Daher die volle Punktzahl ohne Einschränkungen. Danke an den Support nochmal!!!

Estamos testeando la app y se ve muy buena y potente, encontramos algunos errores en el tema de nuestra web, contactamos via email y los resolvieron en menos de 24 horas, quedó perfecto y adaptado a nuestra tienda. Seguiremos el testeo y evaluando.

Je n'ai jamais essayé d'autre application que PreOrder, je ne peux pas comparer à d'autres. Par contre, je me sers de cette application sur 3 boutiques, dont une qui génère +2M€ revenues, et elle correspond parfaitement aux besoins et fait le job. Je n'ai eu que très peu de points bloquants, et dans tous les cas le support est très, très réactif et très compétent. À l'utilisation, l'application n'est pas la plus "sexy" qui existe en ergonomie, mais propose des features sur les précommandes très intéressantes (sur la gestion des stocks notamment, partial payment), et des alertes de retour en stock qui marchent plutôt bien (il manque je trouve un tableau de bord pour avoir des statistiques + précises sur les emails envoyés : délivrés, ouverts, cliqués, etc). En quelques mots : l'application fait le job qu'on lui demande, le fait bien, et si besoin le support est avec vous immédiatement. Big up!
5+ for Customer Service, Technical Service and resolution turnaround. I encountered a few bugs upon implementation and the team quickly responded and worked to resolve. Very thankful. 4 for the App itself. The end solutions of back-in-stock notifications and pre-order sales are highly beneficial and worth the effort of setup. Improvements could be done for a more efficient setup especially with stores with many variants such as a bulk edit upload.
