the best support I had with this company, very fast and easy to explain. I would highly recommend them.
It broke my store, with "add to cart" button not working anymore. After asking for support from the developer, they weren't able to solve the issue. Even worse, after uninstalling the app everything is still broken, with plenty of manual editing in my store code that I have no idea how to fix. This app is only a damage for business!
Support is prompt and helpful, although it varies from person to person!
Wonderful service as always! It's never an issue when I have to reach out for assistance. And I have only ever had to wait 24 hrs for them to fix any issue I have had! I have 2 apps by Globo and will be adding more! Keep up the great work!

We've been using Globo for pre-orders for over a year and it has helped us manage orders really well. It is easy to install and use, whenever I have contacted customer support I have had prompt and friendly replies always resolving any issues. We will keep on using and really recommend!

Horrible. They made some updates to the app and broke the Shopify theme we were using. Now need to mark all products as "Out of stock" to find a new reliable and fix this issue. Don't download this app. I want my money back.
I wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I am with the customer service the Globo provides. We've been using the app. for at least 8 months or maybe longer now. Anytime we have needed support, you have been there for us right away. I sincerely appreciate how Sarah replies to emails typically within an hour, even on weekends! It's so great working with a company that genuinely cares about their product and customers, addressing any problems immediately without complaint. The response time is stellar and dedication to resolving issues is unmatched. We've reached out more frequently in recent weeks, due upgrading to shopify 2.0 with a new theme. Sarah and the team have remained attentive and helpful. The customer service provided is a 5 out of 5 in my book! We could not be happier with Globo. . Feature packed and has a good support, in my experience using the free tier their respond is fast and straight to the point especially Helen!.
So far so good. I'm early in using the app but the support has been excellent. They provide timely and hands on support with issues and are able to provide developer support to fit the app within your theme. 5 stars there for sure. The app also offers lots of pre-order/out of stock options, including signage for the products on your site and customizable deposit/payment options at checkout. My two improvement suggestions for them is to fix the dead thumbnail at checkout which does not pull in an image and to more easily automate how products go into pre-order availability for the app (e.g. if I put "pre-order" in the product title, it would be nice if the app new to pull it and apply a standard configuration).

At the moment I only use the back in stock section. There were some problems. This was resolved very quickly by contacting customer service.
Support was very fast for resolving an issue on pre-order labels not appearing.
The app provides almost whatever I want to have. We need to have pre-order with partial payment, balanace payment in one PO etc. For some other tailor made changes, they fit most of my needs as well. Supporting team is super helpful with precise solution. They really understand your requirements and your needs to make the shop better and better. Thank you Sarah and the team. Keep going!
The support is incredible. If I sent an e-mail, they respond in holidays, out-of-office times, and very quickly. If I need an urgent fix, they help me right away and solve the issue within a couple of hours. I am honestly surprised the support is this good. The app doesn't cost that much and it works perfectly.
