Great customer response to an issue we were having, following a Shopify theme upgrade. Required a little bit of troubleshooting and the team got us where we needed to be. Awesome & thank you.

Awesome to deal with, they were very prompt and sorted all my issues out. I was having trouble getting pre order to sync over to my products and within a day they had it fixed. We had updated our website, so it had something to do with that.

I came to PreOrder Globo after a poor experience with another app, and after about 6 months of using this app including an upgrade that was needed around the holidays, I'd happily give it 5 stars. As a brand with over 40K skus and frequent re-orders, this app is easy to use, add product, and fulfill orders. When I have questions and issues (few), the support team responds quickly and are very helpful. I primarily use it for Pre-ordering. The Notify Me function is also a great feature to gauge interest in re-orders!

This is a highly scalable and multifunctional Pre-order App. Help staff was also quick to respond and reliable when I had problems.

Sarah has been extremely helpful in getting my app up and running. I switched themes a few weeks after I started and she helped me get it quickly up and running with the new theme as well.

I highly recommend this app, and the company. The app works very well for my purposes. It clearly highlights when a product is on pre-order, and does a good job of messaging that information to the customer. And the people at Globo are outstanding! Very responsive to emails, courteous, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Globo and their products.

This app is great and does exactly what I needed. I encountered an issue with the integration on my product page but it was resolved extremely fast and efficiently. Highly recommended!

J'ai installé l'application et en seulement quelques jours le support a pu régler tous mes problèmes d'affichage pour que la solution s'adapte parfaitement à mon site internet. Après avoir benché plusieurs solutions, celle-ci est vraiment pertinente car il est possible de personnaliser son message de précommande, d'afficher des labels... Je recommande !

I had a few issues with the PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock App - the support has been AMAZING. Both Sarah (Support) and the Dev Team worked round the clock to work out the issues and find solutions for me. With constant communication keeping me updated and offering me options and solutions. It seems that all is now working smoothly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLOBO apps in general as their customer service/support is above and beyond.

Very helpful team. The app has worked very well for both pre-orders and back-in-stock notifications. The app does a great job and has a great price-performance ratio. The user interface could be improved. However, it's fine to work with and the CS is nice, fast, and reliable.

The features of the app are working as promised. More importantly the support is very responsive and helpful!

Good and fast service, nice communication and good basic features. You don't need much skill for installation.

Really good and prompt service - I made updates to my "pre-order app" but found the appearance in the live store was not so good (my choice not theirs). o I contacted support team, who investigated within 30 mins and resolved within the day by adjusting coding.

Excellent working app. UI is also better than average. And extensive documentation. I am also using the Globo Product Options. Works like a charm as well.

I love this app for so many reasons! It's very intuitive and is exactly how I envisioned it working when I was daydreaming about what I needed to make my website more functional...even before I even an app like this existed. There was one formatting change I approached the support team with to see if it was even doable (honestly, i wasn't very hopeful) but within the hour, they fixed it exactly the way I asked! Wow! Talk about great customer service! I'm learning that you can create the most spectacular app on the planet but if your customers can't figure it out and you can't communicate with them about it then what good is it? Great app for preorder products and excellent customer service. I had an issue displaying the badge at first but they quickly fix it for me and now everything is working as intented.
