Very intuitive app that allows to put backorder messages based on availability or other options. All we needed, and the customer service is great! They even added a feature within a few days for us. Highly recommend! Max
Very helpful app, works nicely for managing preorders, the dev/support team are very helpful and respond quickly, the back in stock functionality works nicely too, well worth adding to your store
I'm not quick to write poor reviews. I realize things can happen and have been patient. I was super hopeful when I first installed the app, but after 2 emails to support, with no response, I had to delete the app because it was it causing items on my site to appear as if they were out of stock, when they weren't. I deleted the "test" product in case that was the culprit, but that didn't solve my problem. I have 2 instances of specific SKUs where the app appears to recognize the stock level and act accordingly. But for most of my SKUs I found that it seemingly arbitrarily replaced "add to cart" with "backorder' (technically, I customized the wording of this button) and this includes items that are very clearly in stock. There doesn't appear to be a rule case that would affect basically all products, so nothing I can "fix." It's a problem, and with no reply from support, what am I supposed to do but uninstall?
Everything right. My experience is super-good. The app is fantastic and your customer service is spectacular.

Very good software, gives us the option to have preorder/backorder settings and still record sales (but change the cart button to make clear its a preorder), and we can also have Email Notify When In Stock button for sold out items not on preorder. Support has also been very responsive and helpful.

So far so good. The minute I encountered an issue with the app the staff team at Globo were extremely helpful and attentive. Sarah got down to the issue quick and made sure she didn't stop helping me until the issue was resolved. Great service. Would recommend so far.
Sarah is extremely helpful and responsive. We use both Pre-order and back in stock feature, both working well. just if they can integrate with Klaviyo API and be able to let us send customize email flow. it will be even better

I was amazed at how fast and polite the support was. When I inquired about changing some font colors, they responded immediately.We will continue to use this app.
Love this app! For my store it has been important to sell while the product is out of stock. Also love their quick customer service. If there are issues they are quick to solve them.

Unfortunately I had to remove the app but I may revisit in the futre. Customer support was good also.
