他アプリのCSSとバッティングし、うまく表示されない箇所がありましたが、早急に対応してくださり解決しました。また、バッチの表示を角丸に変更・Shopifyデフォルトのバッチと位置と同じ高さに調整もしていただき、大変助かりました。
Special thanks to Rosie and Support Team, Very good and quick response. I don't know why this option "Start pre-order when stock less/above than or equal" was being deleted out of the app. We use it very many times. Maybe other stores do not use this much. I am glad because Support team listened to my request and turn it back on for me. Thank you very much.
This app did not work well with some applications that we had already integrated into our store. Sorry to say, but I had to delete it.
Great App. easy to use. integrates well with bundle apps. support are very helpful. highly recommend.
When using the Date option for pre-orders. The product will become unavailable. The only way to make it purchasable online is to delete the product and re-add it. If you manually disable or remove it from the pre-order works fine.

The app had minor errors, but they fixed so quickly. It works exactly how I want. Strongly recommended app!
The app works minimally, but sometimes it does not switch to the preorder display when stock runs out, causing customers to order without being aware of the preorder. Also, when you contact support, in many cases they misunderstand your questions or forget past conversations and make you repeat the same explanations over and over again. The quality of support is critical and I am tempted to look for an alternative application. I really like the new back in stock feature, but hope it can be integrated with klaviyo and others as it does not allow for effectiveness analysis.
Great app and tech support! We did the 7 day trial to make sure it was right for our shop, then went to the Premium Plan. The set up was easy and when we needed assistance (customising emails to reflect our brand) the customer support was super fast and friendly. We started getting pre-orders the day we launched, so all good so far!
I tested a few pre order apps and PreOrder Globo & Back in Stock was superior to all of them and quickly resolved all technical glitches I experiences elsewhere.

So far it's working well and does what I want to do. It would be nice if you could do delayed charge on the pre-order products.

Customer support has been great. I had a couple of issues with the app but they were very responsive and addressed all of my needs.
This application is user-friendly and perfect for pre-orders for my small business. The free version is perfect for a small business with limited pre-orders.
So far app works wonderfully. The turnaround time to get a response from their helpdesk if there is an issue is unmatchable. Definitely recommend, I actually switched to this from a different preorder app.
Have yet to use the preorder feature, but the back-in-stock feature is truly unique! It is the best one I have found and is so beautiful. The support team is so friendly and responsive to all my customization needs. 10/10 recommend!
