Great app! works perfectly well easy to set up, bit confusing in regards to setting up the inventory QTY for end promotions. A how-to video would be highly appreciated.
The customer service I have received has been some of the best I've ever dealt with. Quick to respond and willing to solve issues and provide help.
I had an issue with all of my collection showing pre-order status but after a quick message to support I had it resolved within minutes.
This app is excellent value for and helps me with two things, 1) set up pre-order sales 2) provide clients with email restock notification. Support was amazing, I had two issues and they were both resolved within minutes

I was able to pre-order. We also provide variations at the same time, so you can install without worrying about the compatibility of APP.There were some parts that I didn't understand, but they were able to help me immediately via chat.

I love how easy it is to set up this app. The customer support Sarah and her Dev team were very responsive and helpful in helping us with the fine-tuning of the app to our store theme. I would highly recommend trying them out.
Absolute worst pre-order app I've ever used. Search filters don't work, product categories dont sync, can't skip ahead pages in the list. Completely non-functional!
What a great app! Very happy we downloaded it as it's helped immensely with our pre-orders and stock management. We had a small issue with the 'pre-order' badge not showing on our products, but a quick email back and forth with Sarah ensured that it was fixed in no time. Thank you!
Junk...DO NOT BUY THIS APP . We just installed the app. We set up just one product on Pre Order. Now every single ADD TO CART button does not work. Nobody can buy anything in our store. JUNK. They say they have 24/7 chat support....this is not true. You have to email. There is no chat service. Been up all night trying to sort this mess of an app out. UPDATE Feb 22 11.44pm - I finally got some half-wit by email. Waited two hours and instead of removing all code, they set up a new theme without my permission, don't even uninstall the app and ask me would I like to try again even though site still not functional. Liars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!! Update 3/02/22 - this app leaves code everywhere. Our Checkout page stopped working completely and has been down for days. Huge loss of business. If you want to loose money and get bogged down in frustration this app is for you, otherwise stay away.Should not be allowed on the shopify app store.
While I loved this app for its pre-order functionality, unfortunately the 'back in stock' functionality wasn't working correctly as I discovered that the emails can only be delivered to gmail email addresses. After testing numerous emails to other email platforms, I confirmed with the app developers who confirmed that they only go to gmail addresses. I found this quite disappointing, especially as this hadn't been communicated or mentioned anywhere! Otherwise, the pre-order section was great for what we needed.
Good efficiency. We really the simplicity. We can write the back in stock date which is a must for us.

What an amazing app! Has made setting up pre-orders so easy. The ability to start pre-order when INV reaches zero and set end dates or stop pre-order when reaching a specific negative stock level is a life saver in Shopify. Highly recommend!

Very helpful customer service, they are super-fast. The app is quite customizable, it's super nice and customer care can help with CSS and UX.
