Great Support & Easy Setup Really pleased with the Globo PreOrder app so far. Henry from the support team was super helpful — he quickly resolved an issue I had with payment options still showing on the product page. The app is easy to use and does exactly what I need. Highly recommend!

The app is brilliant, we use it for pre orders of OOS items. There have been a number of times I have contacted support and the replies are always instant and the fix is found in moments and often done for you. Very clear guides etc. Support from Henry today was spot on, minor issue fixed in seconds, thank you.

Very happy about the plugin and even more about the customer service ! They make CSS customization on-demand and they are very quick and friendly.

A really useful app that's easy to operate and integrate. Thank you to Rosie from customer support who is always on hand to help with any teething problems. She's incredibly efficient and supportive. Overall we recommend this app and it's helping with the advance of our small business.

great app if it worked correctly. doesn't go with SHOP payments, we would have to go back in and save products because they would randomly, weekly, not show up on pre order so people constantly thought our OOS items were in stock. support is on totally opposite time zone and is not super helpful.

I had a great experience with the support team, and Henry in particular was fantastic! I needed help removing the payment option box from my product page, and Henry understood my issue quickly. He even handled the setup directly after I approved the collaborator request, and the issue was resolved within minutes. Henry was friendly, professional, and really efficient, I couldn’t have asked for better support. Thank you so much, Henry, for making the whole process smooth and stress-free!

We’ve been using this app for pre-orders for a while and it’s been great. A few days ago, we encountered an issue where orders weren’t coming through properly. After reaching out to their support team, a response was received within minutes and everything was resolved early the next morning. It’s reassuring to know that when something goes wrong, the team is responsive and committed to getting things back on track. Very happy with both the app and the service behind it.
