My customer service rep, Rosie provided excellent customer service and was so kind and amazing! She helped me with all my questions about the app quickly and clearly, and was patient and kind. She made the whole process super stress free and smooth. Thank you so much, Rosie! It's so nice that this app hires real people to help you with your questions instead of using an AI chat.

We’ve been really happy using this app for our online store. It’s made it super easy for customers to pre-order products even bundle items. The customer service team is excellent too, really quick to respond and always so helpful. Highly recommend!

The PreOrder Globo app is fairly easy to use and understand, making it simple to set up preorder functionality on our site. There can be occasional small issues with formatting or display, but their customer service team is excellent — quick to respond, very helpful, and always able to fix things in a timely manner. Overall, it’s a solid app with great support!

TERRIBLE since the update. We rely on this app a great deal, but since they did an update to the features it doesn't work at all. The feature that says, "Pre-Order" never shows up on our website. Take it back to the last format. It worked just fine. We'll be dropping this pre-order app for a different one.

I am new user to this app and when I set up my first product Rosie was extremely helpful in making supporting me. Answering all of my questions and ensuring the preorder was set up correctly
