Excellent pre-order app and support. Had minor bugs upon installation but they fixed it in a few hours!

The app will replace the "Add to cart" button of out-of-stock items with the "Pre-order" one when pre-order function is enabled. It's not an issue but our app primary functionality. App works very well, free setup was quick and easy. Interface is intuitive. Essential app for any store taking preorders.
Installation is easy and it works right away! I use it to pre-sell products that are new or coming soon.
Esta app es excelente, y es gratis. Puedes colocar el globo de PRE-VENTA y customizar el color a gusto. También puedes agregar un cronometro. Seria mejor si se pudiera editar los datos del reloj a español.
Haven't had an order yet but the app seems to work well! I had an issue with how to have the "pre-order" button showing on my store and the team helped me resolved it :)

The app is easy to use and does exactly what I need. When I contacted the customer support for something, they replied fast too. A functional app and helpful customer support. What more can you ask for!
This app really does the job, it's simple and easy to use. You may need to do a few adjustments depending on your theme but the support team is great and will help you - no charge -. Best of all, it's completely free.

I am using this app to help me run a pre-sale. The customer service is top notch and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
There is no pre-order button on the collection page, and when you go into the specific product it shows two options: "pre-order" and "buy now" It doesn't make any sense because if I had the product available I would ONLY use a "Buy Now" button, I wouldn't put it on pre-order, would I?
This app is the perfect way to drive consistent sales during these times. Comes with great support aswell. Highly recommend.
App seems to work well and fits our needs. Needed some help to configure but the help desk was very reactive and fixed the issues for me. Thanks Emma.
