GREAT tool and amazing service. We had some questions about getting the app to work with our customized theme, and the Spur-i-t team set it up for us. Never worked with a more helpful app developer before. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing app! Our store depends on this app as products are always going in and out of stock. Without it we couldn't collect pre-orders or have back order availability. There have never been any issues with this app. It has worked perfectly from the first time it was installed. When there were a few questions about settings and configurations their support team was quick to reply and resolve our problems. This app is a must have for any Shopify store. Extremely well designed and super simple to use. Thank you to everyone at SpurIT for developing such a great app!

Be very careful about installing this app. It directly edits your theme files and injects an older version of jQuery. It can break your site entirely without warning.

This is a great application with excellent customer support. Installation was not 100% straight forward but the developers were incredibly responsive with getting us running. We look forward to the ability to see all pre-order enabled items in a list.

Would give it 0 stars if i could, horrible app, even worse customer support. Could not get it to work on our theme. Customer service response took 24 hours. The "fix" that the customer support person did broke our site and made loading products take 30+ seconds. Disappointed with this app and service.

Amazing customer service! I was having some problems with integrating it properly on my site, but they were extremely responsive and went in and fixed everything for me - and very quickly! It was great. The app itself is also very useful, but there are some things that could be better: The things that could be improved - the pre-order button should just automatically adopt the same style as your add to cart button. You can customize it manually, but it's still not quite the same. - there should be a way to bulk edit the tooltip (description) for your pre-order button. I use it to say when the items are going to ship. I have hundreds of products and at any one time over 100 can be out of stock. Right now, I have to search for each product manually (by title) and go in to edit this info. Very time consuming! Especially since I am pulling it from a spreadsheet, which would ideally just be uploaded.

We use this app and actually really like it! It works great and has saved us loads of money since we can still make sales on backordered products.

I like this app! It allows wholesale customers to place large orders for things we don't have in stock. It also allows us to test a small run and see if it is popular before making a whole lot of an item, without missing any sales!
