love the app does exactly what is suppose to do only wish there was an option to send out emails of back order status but overall great app

The app is great, user-friendly, and allows for customization to fit your store look and feel. Enabling pre-orders is a very important resource when you have fluctuating stock. Since this is our case, we wanted to tackle the issue from the beginning, and tried a few apps. Pre-Order is the best we found. By far. Which makes the fact that it is free a thing of beauty. We also integrated it with the In Stock Reminder app from the same developer, which also allows customization and is a key ability to have in ecommerce. Now, the most important aspect of the set for us has been the constant, effective, present, and attentive customer support of Philip, who took care of each and every question and request in the best way, being sincere, and offering solutions. We have an important amount of customization in our theme code, and as lovely as that is, it may sometimes create some roadblocks. For instance, we had a piece of theme customization code, and Pre-Order code overlapping and creating a less than ideal user experience. It was not easy to detect the root of the problem. The great Shopify team worked with us for a few days on it, but ultimately realized that the app developer had to help us. Philip took care of it. When the initial solution did not completely solve the matter, in less than 24 hours he delivered a new one, and all is fixed and working well now. A pleasure really. The best customer experience of all Shopify apps so far. We plan to add more of their products in the future.

This app is really useful! Especially when you have a large amount of SKUs in your shop and you want to let customers know that it is a preorder instead of instock. This helps alot in my inventory management. Support manager Philip Zhavrid was also very helpful and prompt in replying to my emails and help in every way he could! This app is highly recommended!

Great and useful app. A function that one really needs as stock runs out. This allows me to sell up front as we sell expensive items that are hard on cash flow to keep stock of. Great service thanks.

Exactly what we were looking for! Since most of our products are handmade soaps or made to order, we needed to be able to provide a way for customers to place pre orders, and be notified of when the item would be expected to ship. This app has solved the problem. I highly recommend this app for anyone who accepts pre orders or custom made to order products. It was very easy to set up and get started. A+++

I really love the automatic enabling of the pre-order status once an item's stock drops to zero. The dashboard is really well layed out and the documentation was clearly written. I did have some problems implementing the code due to conflicts with my store's theme. I emailed Philip and he promptly responded with suggestions how to fix the issues I had after looking at my theme code. I applied the fixes and voila! I was up and running. I did not expect this level of service from a free app. So far I'm really pleased with the whole experience. UPDATE: I switched to a new theme recently and I was having trouble getting the app to update properly. These guys took care of it within an hour after after sent the email. Still impressed.

The app is working great! It allows us to sell items before they come in and we can control how much is pre sold so that we dont sell more than we ordered. We really needed this! Working great! Also I had a few issues based on my template (I have a slide out cart) and they were quick to respond and get them fixed for me! App and service work great!

This is a great app. Since Shopify just released the new edit order feature that allows you to send an invoice in the backend, this works well for businesses that sell pre-order collectibles. Would recommend.

This app is highly recommended for those who are selling pre-order/back-order products not in-stock. The button name can be customized, example "Order Now" or "Buy Now" etc. I have zero developing skills. It's easy to use with the help of FAQs provided in the app. Their customer support is excellent with fast response from SpurIT.

I am new to e-commerce at Shopify and running under a tight budget. This app helps me to achieve pre-order with all the features I need. Easy to turn on and off. Good job, guys! Hope to see more updates in the future.

Another Big thanks from me^0^ The app didn't work as shopify had a update and my store theme need to have some code modified. After contacting their management they quickly responded with gave fantastic service, as usual. I really appreciate their time & effort in solving this issue. Excellent app, easy to install & six star support!

Was previously using another app for the same purpose until I recently saw this one. This is the app you want if you want to sell things on pre-order and capture the sale right away. Good interface and usability. Customization of the buttons and stuff is a breeze.

I am so pleased with the help that was provided by the developers of this app. I wasn't able to see the pre-order button on my site but then they quickly rectified the issue once I sent out an enquiry. And they were very friendly. Keep up the good work guys! I definitely recommend people get this app for their store!

Had to get my dev to code it in, but works a treat once installed and easy to set up.
