We had an issue setting up pre-order due to our subscriptions, and Sam helped us optimize the other features of the app - customized our notify me button and quickly offered to take on the edit job herself. so happy with the results!

Setup was easy and seemless! When I was customizing the appearance I noticed the button placement was not optimal. Before I could even fix it myself or reach out to customer support, Stella was already pointing it out and offering a solution which was perfect! This level of support was amazing and unexpected! I've had a wonderful experience using this app so far! After downloading and installing, I was almost immediately contacted by a wonderful customer care associate named Stella who assisted me with the setup and integration of the app. She was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything was working and well integrated into the themeing of my store. She was even able to assist me with an issue I was having outside of the scope of the app! Definitely super impressed~

Amazing Support from Sam! Sam was incredibly helpful in walking me through the Notify Me platform for the first time. I had a specific goal to set up pre-order functionality on my store, and Sam made the entire process so smooth and easy to understand. They took the time to explain each step clearly, showed me exactly where to find the right settings, and made sure I understood how everything worked.
