We've used this app for many years. The initial set-up is easy, & it is very easy to maintain while we add new products for pre-order frequently. We recently had an issue, & they were able to solve it in a reasonable amount of time. Every person I've talked with has been responsive & helpful.

I had a problem with adding widget to my new theme since this theme wasn't free theme but they fixed the problem within few minutes after I sent a message. Very helpful and useful app. Thank you so much!

Amandeep was very helpful, took time out to help me figure out bug issues with app. only reason why it is not 5 stars is due to issues outside of Amandeep control such as speed. Other than that he was awesome

The app is very easy to install. We had a configuration issue due to the theme. However, Josh tweak the code and got it working. Josh has been awesome, and he deserves five stars. Keep up the good work team. You guys are awesome.

App is easy to setup and works perfect. I don't have a lot of pre-order products but use it to manage my inventory levels so customers know if something is out of stock (and it will take longer to fulfill). I recently had a hiccup when I upgraded my Shopify theme and was able to get support very quickly! I highly recommend this app!

Slow to show the results on the product page Not very intuitive for the customer to understand they are basically pre ordering and not ordering

I appreciate that they offer customizable displays to show that my items are on pre-order. They also have fantastic customer service. When you're in the app, there's a little chat bubble and Nicoz helped me troubleshoot some things pretty quickly. Highly recommend and worth the money.

The technical support team is helpful and got most of the major problems fixed. Would have been better if the email function can be activated during the free trail as well.

Amazing customer service. I am not very tech savy, and had a few issues getting everything set up the way I wanted. I used the live chat button at the bottom of the page and within minutes I had a real person helping me with all my queries. They were extremely patient with me, and we got it looking exactly how I wanted. I'm super pleased, and would highly recommend to others. Thank you for your help Nicoz!
