The stimates of delivery are always false: upt to a month later of the latest day of delivery, still a lots of products don't reach costumers. They don't even reimburse the costs of shipping, although them being quite high for this sector. Costumer support is lame, as they basically are there to redirect you to their webpage and not provide any support. Don't use printful: you will loose not only your time, but also your money, as they forget about you all the time. They lie continuously on their services. (I have been working with them for a whole year, and when you expect that things have been solved... they come up with a new idea to mess with you) Do you see all the 5 STARS reviews? All look the same one/two lines, without any answer from Printful... just bots. Don't fail to them.

UPDATE AGAIN:6-12-23 Delivery Delays??? 6 months later still no contact from support about any issues at hand WOW UPDATE AGAIN:1-15-23 I have been trying t reach support for weeks. You state that you have live chat but I have yet to ever reach Live Chat. I have a business question and I need to reach a live agent. HOW do I do that? I clicked the bottom right and asked for support and this is what I got. How do I get in touch with Printful support? Get in touch with our team using any of the contact methods below. Live chat: use our chat widget in the bottom-right corner of any printful.com page. Printful app chat: go to Settings, click on Customer support > Support chat where you can also upload photos straight from the phone if necessary. Email: send an email to [email protected] Please Reach Out To Me ASAP. UPDATE: Couldn't figure out why I wasn't selling and would get the occasional message about weight. So I looked to see what shipping weight for 1 tumbler is and they have it set for 11.25pd and one is even 16 pounds! No wonder my tumblers aren't selling. I have tried to reach out to customer service but there is no live chat that I have been able to fund. Printful if and when you see or read this please reach out to me so we can get these issues resolved. Also is there a reason why you aren't showing up on my vendor list?

Not Recommended! I ordered a t-shirt in November and it said it will arrive to my clients address by the 25th of the same month, so far, January and it never arrived. Customer Service I spoke to said for me to wait till January 23rd to make a complaint, which to be honest is quite shocking since Printful advertises 3 to 5 shipping deliveries. Ok, we're in the middle of the pandemic, but to ask me/my client to wait 2 months is ridiculous, and also the t-shirt never arrived, so of course I lost a client and a lot of time and money. So I don't recommend their service. Not good at all!

Right now there are major international shipping delays and although we understand how frustrating it is, we hope that after the holiday season the shipping times will improve. In general, our shipping time is determined by the destination address and we don't have a set shipping time, all of those are estimates based on the average of the previously delivered orders. Please know that we are working with our carriers to shorten the delivery time. Upon checking the communication with our team, we see that the order was refunded in full and we noticed a the mistake on our side - the month provided was inaccurate, the waiting period should be until December. We will internally take a look at the communication to improve the services moving forward. I would give zero stars if I could. This company will do everything they can not to refund you for their own printing errors. I am now in debt $2k with a customer because they printed 100 shirts so badly you could not even read the logo and they only want to refund 20% of the order. Their customer service team is not in the USA and they refuse to allow me to speak to someone in the USA on the telephone. Shop elsewhere!

We used to love Printful, but now they've shifted to shipping their items from other countries and making their customers responsible for any charges and taxes that come with that. The worst part is that they don't even tell you. We've had two of the same item in different orders ship from two different countries and were charged completely different prices. This makes it impossible to know what to charge our customers and resulted in us losing money, essentially paying for some of our customers to get a free item. Customer service reps are rude, unhelpful, and even threatening. Printful needs to get its act together.

BEWARE. This print on demand company has a lot of hidden fees. Some our products ended up costing more than we sell them in our store for because Printful would decide to ship them from one of their locations in another country resulting in higher shipping costs and a VAT tax all at our expense without consent or verification. They'll charge your card and refuse to cancel the order or refund you. There are so many other print on demand companies that don't trick their customers into paying more and have ultimately better quality product and customer service.

WARNING: NEVER INSTALL PRINTFUL IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER MOD OF POD APPS INSTALLED. Installing Printful with OTHER MANUFACTURING ON DEMAND OR PRINT ON DEMAND vendors can destroy the shipping profiles. If you uninstall both, Printful will recreate the shipping profiles, but you lose your whole catalog of designed products on Printful and according to the company, the only option is to recreate them. Never uninstall Printful or you will lose your designed products. While their support was attentive, they have no way to restore your store's products on their platform - they apparently do not make any backups. Poor design. Additionally, as we have seen, any order that contains a PRINTFUL product and someone else's may reject the shipping address. WE HAVE DISCONTINUED THE USE OF PRINTFUL.

*Precios caros (poco margen de beneficio si quieres ser competitivo). **Gastos de envío extremadamente caros! (Con la cantidad de envíos que deben tener, tendrían que negociar mejores tarifas y repercutirlas en el cliente, o es que ganan dinero con los envíos?) ***Retrasos en los envíos. Aunque prometen 3-6 días hay pedidos que tardan hasta 5 veces mas! ****Rastreo a medias... La calidad de los productos creo que es buena y la impresión tambien pero tienen muchos defectos que hacen que incorporarlos a tu tienda no sea una labor sencilla. Simplemente estoy buscando alternativas.

Printful is obviously becoming more and more focused on the "big corp" status and like so many others are saying, they dont care about the liite guy anymore. Shame. We've got two connected stores and have not solg tons, but still, when orders are taking months and they dont answer anything else than its not their fault, thats just simple and poor service. Actually, thats not service at all.

I have thousands of products to add to my store. That will never happen with their "product push limit" of only 2 products a day. Seems as if they only care about their established customers and not customers that are new and starting up.

Awful fulfillment service. I was super excited to set up my printful shop & mid way through my efforts they limited the # of products per store to 2 without any notice!!! More than half of the catalogue of products became temporarily unavailable in the exact same moment. I was cut off at the knees without any warning. You can not rely on this for your business fulfillment services when they make choices like this that are detrimental to your business. There is no trust in them as a customer now. I will be looking into what other print on demand options are available immediately.

Obviously, the pandemic has hit every business extra hard, but over the past 6 months, our shop has had numerous orders fulfilled OUT OF ORDER. The worst part is that they were mostly for the same item. One order comes in and doesn't go out for a week and a half, but we would have an order or two (or three) get fulfilled in a couple of days. FOR THE SAME ITEM! At one point we had 5 orders fulfilled and shipped before an older order went out. Did I mention that it was for the same item and no waiting for restocking? We've been very patient with Printful over the last 3 years, but now that our sales are picking up even more, we're starting to get a few chargebacks on items that are taking longer than expected. For instance, we have an order that was placed 9 calendar days ago and still says "Printing." As I said, SLOWER fulfillment is understandable, but OUT OF ORDER fulfillment is a systemic issue that needs to be fixed. Especially since we work with other On-Demand companies that had little-to-no delays during this whole pandemic (except for shipping of course). I'm willing to update this review if we could all get a real explanation on why this is happening because I know other store owners who've had the same issue. If this weren't an issue, I would give Printful a 4/5, but when order fulfillment management causes us to have to spend extra time doing damage control with customers, it takes away a lot of the convenience of using an On-Demand Printing service. They're lucky to get 2 stars. (UPDATE: 12/4/2020) We're updating our response and taking away a star. We have NOT been in contact with anyone (management/leadership/etc.) who has the power to do anything, give us a real answer, or provide adequate credit for the chargebacks caused by problems you admit are your fault. Everyone we talk to has to "get with their team" or escalate to someone who turns out to be on the same level. Meanwhile we're still seeing orders from Nov. 16th and 22nd that aren't in our customer's hands yet, and some haven't even finished printing. Two of the customers have OTHER orders that were placed after that have been on schedule, and some already delivered. It looks completely unprofessional when you don't give us proper inventory status, so we can keep the customers updated. The main point we've got from all of your explanations of the inventory issues is this: Every single item could be "out of stock," but no store owner would know unless we contact you guys and inquire about each order. You've already looked at our account. Please take a minute and check our order flow and try and tell us that it's anything even close to "FIFO."

We are working on improvements on how we notify our customers regarding any stock shortages or any possible delays as much as we can. We're doing our best to keep with our first in, first out (FIFO) approach. But it's not always possible because of stock issues, production capacity, using backup facilities, and many other reasons. In some cases, FIFO won't apply, but we're trying to stick to it as much as possible. I have launched my store using Printful lately. All my orders are impossible to be tracked. I mean you can track them up to a certain point. Fulfilment was in Latvia, and after the parcels were sent abroad there is no tracking of them as if they were lost. Printful rep tells me to contact the Latvian Post and that it is in transit and she understands my concerns!!! She was not helpful and could not give any answers as if it was a bot. I am so disappointed I'll have to refund my client. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES ON YOUR FRONT STORE UNTIL YOU CHECK THEIR DELIVERY SERVICES!!! CAUTION!!! Poor Customer Service!

I completely understand the current shipping delays can be very frustrating. Once the parcel is handed over to our carriers, we have no control over the shipping speed, especially, now, when everything is delayed due to transportation and social restrictions in place. Once the order is sent abroad, it will remain with this status until it's received in the recipient's country and the first scan is made the tracking information should be updated then. In the meantime, the parcel can be in the queue on the plane, sorting centers, etc. The pending packages rarely get tracking updates about waiting in line which may give the impression that they're lost in transit. We will do our best to advise our customers of the wait times we receive from our carriers. La aplicación es buena, su soporte es muy malo, tenía un pedido con un atraso de un mes, 2 dos pedidos más atrasados me comunique con soporte me dieron un fecha límite para que me dieran el reembolso, luego hable el día exacto de la fecha límite para pedir un reembolso y le envié una captura al agente nuevo que me contestó indicando que ya me habían dicho que hoy si los paquetes no llegaban me devolvería el dinero y el nuevo agente me dijo que no era posible le envie captura del chat al nuevo agente, me trato mal, de mentiroso, aunque en el chat indicaba exactamente todo lo que había dicho la agente anteriormente. Hoy día aún no recibo reembolso y los paquetes no llegan. Mi recomendación es trabajar con T-POP sis productos tiene mayor calidad y el tiempo de envío desde francia a estados unidos fue de 8 días. Printful se demoró literal enviar más de un mes un t-shirt a México cuando el propio t-shirt "ECO" es fabricado en el propio país. Muy mal, muy mal. Printful apesta su soporte, no saben leer los mensajes, no cumplen las promesas que dicen sus agentes y nos hacen perder horas y horas hablando con una persona que no sabe entender los mensajes. Me gustaría colocar captura del mal trato de soporte aquí pero no se puede! pero fue horrible! Today I still do not receive a refund and the packages do not arrive. My recommendation is to work with T-POP if its products have higher quality and the shipping time from France to the United States was 8 days. Printful literally took more than a month to ship a t-shirt to Mexico when the "ECO" t-shirt itself is manufactured in the country itself. Very bad very bad. Printful sucks their support, they can't read the messages, they don't keep the promises their agents say and they make us waste hours and hours talking to a person who doesn't understand the messages. I would like to place catch of the bad support treatment here but it can't! but it was horrible!

Durante esta temporada, nuestros transportistas están viendo un mayor volumen de pedidos en línea que en años anteriores. La sobrecarga de envíos significa que las compañías de transportistas están registrando y enviando los paquetes de forma más lenta. Los paquetes pendientes rara vez reciben actualizaciones de seguimiento sobre la espera en cola, lo que puede dar la impresión de que se han perdido en tránsito. Esto no significa que tu pedido esté perdido, sino que está siendo procesado por el transportista. Puede que la información de seguimiento no se actualice en una semana o más, hasta que el artículo esté escaneado. Según los datos que recopilamos de los transportistas y los datos de los plazos de entrega, actualmente estamos permitiendo tiempo de espera adicional además del estimado original para la entrega. The orders are taking a very long time to get delivered. No communication from their side and customer support number is no longer working. If I could give zero stars, I would.
