Very happy with the AOP tote bag I'm ordering from Printify. Sturdy, good color, and large size. Price is affordable and I'm having no trouble retailing them for more than twice my cost.

Dear SELLER BEWARE OF THIS APP. They ship features that cause lots of bug without informing the sellers. Last week our shipping software had issues because they couldn’t fulfill our orders on shopify anymore. Reason of the problem found : 7 products of our catalog had changed their location ID. We investigated and Shopify found that Printify has modified some of our product catalog THAT ARE NOT MANAGED BY PRINTIFY Without our consent or an alert, Printify has changed the location ID of SKUs, and because of that HUNDREDS of customers couldn’t have their order fulfilled on shopify and receive their tracking. This caused lots of TIME spent to resolve the issue over the past week. I sent an email on Friday and didn’t receive any answer. This isn't the first time they update their app and they have problems. Therefore : 1. We will uninstall Printify APP 2. We are stopping to sell printify products until you find the issue with a precise report. This is not the first time we have problems with printify and I find your customer service totally useless. I don’t recommend printify, they have a nice design, and look well integrated with printers, so you will find easy to create products and sell them but if you have any problem : - they will not help you (customer service without tech skills and helpless) - Never compensate you if you have issues that affect your sales/margin/customer experience (despite this is totally their fault)

This app saved my business! I used another on demand printer that put my business is such a bind with shipping delays due to Covid. Customers were waiting 2-3 months for 1 simple tshirt and I started to earn bad reviews and my ratings went down. I had angry customers and was losing money on refunds. When I searched for another option I found Printify and I could not be happier! Shipping is fast and the quality is amazing you have a variety of options in products and printers, anytime I had a question or needed an update on an order the response time is quick. Thank you guys very much!

you can't do any profit with this app. they are charging HUGE fees for shipping. You can't earn money with them, i lost a lot of hours to edit over 500 product on printify for finally see after getting my first order im not on profit cuz shipping fees are insane. You can believe this? i sell product 40% more and im still not on profit.

Each product has a shipping fee that is transparent and can be checked under ''shipping and more details'' section below each product. Some products may have higher shipping costs but we are already working on that and trying to minimise the shipping costs as much as possible. Generally, we advise users to set up shipping fees on their stores so the shipping would be paid by their customers. In case the merchant wants to cover the shipping fees themselves, then they need to consider it when setting up the final price. Update: It has been a week and still have not heard word one from printify. This is absolutely terrible!! We use several other suppliers and we can easily get ahold of them with questions. I am really going to be taking this into consideration on all future products that we launch and unless this crap gets fixed and your customer service becomes existent we will have to look for other providers. If you want our business give us a call/email ASAP. We should not have to 2ait 2 weeks for this!!! This is insanity. For one support is taking like 7 days to get back to me. What am I supposed to do here tell my customer to wait 3 weeks for their new order or to jus eat the cost and pay for it again? 2. Printify is somehow merging address line 1 and address line 2 from my Shopify store so every time there is an order with a PO box, apartment #, or business I am getting an error. The worst part is when I get this error it is literally 2 seconds after the item is sent to production which means I can not cancel the order, I can not change the shipping address, and I can not even contact support from the particular order that is having the issue. I can literally not comprehend why Printify would sent an order to production and then literally 2 seconds later notify me that there is an error with the shipping address that there is no way to fix. Woudln't it make a 1000x more sense to run the shipping address before sending the item to productino so if there is an issue I can just fix it myself rather than wait 2 weeks for their "Support" team to get back to me? What am I supposed to do in the meantime just sit around and get bad reviews on Etsy? Or, do I place a second order and eat the cost? It's a lose lose and Printify someone turned such a simple fix into a nightmare.

This app is so easy to use! The product assortment is great and the user experience is smooth. I'm really happy with product set up, viewing the product with the choice of white backgrounds or in an environment to show scale, and specs for uploading files is super clear.

Printify is very good, they have a lot of great products and they do a good job printing them. I think though that they should require their printing partners to be more fair with the shipping costs. When they require fair shipping prices from their print providers such as MWW then they will earn my 5th star. Recently they also got rid of all the jewelry and I had the stuff in my shop but no notifications about it at all. So to recap good but not anywhere near amazing. I personally believe that over charging for shipping in order to gouge the people selling your product is a bad way to do business. So thank you for the reply and I look forward to seeing actual results.

I don't usually do rating. But this needs to be highlighted. I have sent a few emails to you guys on a lost parcel which my customer has been waiting since months. Printify sent a confirmed notification of shipping on April 25, and now it's June 26! It has been a good 2 months, totally no reply, no news, nothing. You need to rectify this!
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our colleague has already gotten back to you asking to confirm whether the customer has checked in with their post office. If the order is not there, then most probably it got lost and in that case we can perform a refund or a reshipment of the product. Please confirm those details with us via email. Thank you.

An order was placed through our website May 26th. Have reached out to support 4 times within the month since and haven't heard back and the order still hasn't been shipped.

Order arrived damaged and after 35 days. Customer service is slow. Website looks fresh and clean but that's about it. No more Printify for my store and customers!

I use this app for a good 90% of the products I sell on Shopify. They have a nice variety, and very affordable to the merchant. Which is great for those who have a low budget costs, or those who are trying to get the best bang for their buck. Printify has great communication with all their merchants, helping to troubleshoot issues, and great customer service to the merchants. Although they have a great variety they don't have everything. It would honestly be great to have shorts available for men and women, as well as sweatpants for both men and women, bathing suites for men and women, and lastly to have the jewelry back as well. Overall this is a great app to work with I've been a merchant with them for 2 years, and would recommend them to any merchant out their looking for a reliable, and affordable app.

This app has been giving me issues since I installed it. It is an awesome concept that poorly executed. There's zero notifications from the app when orders are going to no longer be fulfilled. After one of their print providers was removed, I still had designs combinations that were purchased and only filled with this provider. ZERO notifications from Printify on this, so I had orders sitting in queue that were never going to be fulfilled or synced. I had to refund several orders because of this. Not happy so far...

What used to be one of my favorite POD apps on Shopify can no longer deliver. Orders are held in production for 2 weeks plus, when orders are fulfilled they are shipped blank. When questioned about my order time it took customer service 3 days to return my email. I can no longer trust that I will be receiving a quality product in a short amount of time. This all started well before COVID. Moving on.

We like your service however, we now have orders that are 2 months old and still not printed yet. We understand the delays with the coronavirus shutdowns, but to have orders that are waiting for 2 months before even printing is not acceptable. We have written to your support 4 times and have not heard back. Is your service shut down?

This is such a disappointment. The support does not exist as far as I can see. They really need a chat support. So far I have not even received email support. I am getting a message (after a week) that my order is on hold because they can't ship to my address, however that is absurd as we receive mail and packages daily. The way they are writing their notification is such that the issue is on my side but it is clearly an issue with the manufacturer. There is only one place that prints them so if they can't ship it they should cancel the order.
