Printify: Print on Demand

Tried again because I was hoping the pandi had something to do it with it...but nope. They are still horrible. Two out of my 4 orders were on hold with them and they couldn't even give me a reason why! It is not the files becuase the files are way above minimum requirements. STAY FAR AWAY! BLATANTLY LIED TO ME! SCAMMERS! Two moths to ship order! I used them before and their print quality ( on dark T's was horrible). I thought I would give them one las chance because they offered a product PIXELS and PRINTFUL do not offer. Its been two months and the item not even shipped. I understand COVID but I have not dealt with that long for either of the above mentioned print on demand providers listed above that I love and use regularly. Here is where it gets worse. They have no respect for their clients and lied to me in my face! They said they could not refund me because the ordered had shipped. They provided me with a tracking number. 3 days later it still had no delivery date. I asked them for a refund again and they said it had shipped. I invested further and all they did was create the shipping label to obtain a tracking number with no planned day to ship! THEY LIED in my face as a customer! DO NOT USE! I try hard to put myself in other companies shoes and I have not left a bad review in YEARS but this is not right. Two of their assoicates lied to me and the kicker is its super easy to get detailed information on tracking numbers if you go to the actual shipping provider and not just the link they send you. PIXELS and PRINTFUL are 1000 times better than this company. They are truthful and their products are great. I order weekly from both!

Very poor customer service. My order near 2 weeks doesn't ship out. I try to contact with them through many channel: Chat, email, ...no reply The chat box not available now, so it's very difficult to contact with them. Email never reply

Ive tried over 20 POD companies and Printify is the number one company for me. They have a variety of nice shirts especially to print on and the print quality is awesome above the rest.

Printify has been great. I am able to offer quite a few products on-demand that I never would have had the funds to stock let alone the room in my small house to store. Their website is easy to understand, I find I can create a new product in about 15 minutes.

Love using Printify! It’s integrated well with the Shopify platform so that orders are sent directly to the print provider and then when they are shipped that is integrated as well to mark the order as shipped in the Shopify platform. very easy to use!

Great app for cheapest prices in the market. Support team is awesome too. Just be selective when choosing different print providers.

I want to say thank you to Arthur from Printify, who reached out to me on the phone to resolve the issue i had with my sample order. I got refunded on the 2 T-shirts that I wasn't satisfied with and also my account was with $66.18 for the delay. Thank you Printify, I look forward to getting my sample T-shirts that have been shipped and hoping everything comes out well.

Great app with an increasingly improving interface and support. I use it for shopify and etsy and find it cheaper and more user friendly for my order quantity.

Inconsistent delivery. Careless operation. - Every few orders aren't printed within the generous 10 business day deadline for fulfillment, get 'lost in the mail' (before being in the hands of USPS) or have some other issue. This is supported with only lip service from Printify, as a middle man, and little or NO COMMUNICATION from the actual print vendor. Disappointing clients without any sort of explanation is horrifying, and a business-killer. Random reduction in print area on a garment, without warning or announcement, is no big deal to them but means WEEKS OF UNEXPECTED WORK for me with hundreds of items - showing carelessness and complete lack of business insight. As one of the 'big 2' POD providers, I don't know if I can afford to wait for Printify to mature their operations and ethics. These and other ongoing issues are outweighing the orders fulfilled reasonably and have me wondering if I should move everything to Printful, pay a little more and get a lot less stress.

I don't have other to compare to since I have only used Printify. They have good prices on their shirt. So far, they have 20% defect rate but willing to replace the item. Shipping time is inconsistent. Some vendor have excellent turnaround time, some are not. I suggest order a few from different vendors before settling on a provider. The 3 star rating is caused by recurring technical issues, with the most being unable to load design, long lag in load or server down. This is highly inconvenient for someone that has limited time to publish their work. So, overall Printify is good but can be improved in the technology department.

Printify is the best print on demand apparel business you can go with. I heard Printful was good too, but after trying both Printful and Printify, Printify wins hands down, no question. Printify is so user-friendly that any beginner, like me, can get on and start using it no problem. Printify gives you a range of products to choose from and you choose which print provider you want. They give a detailed description of each of their products and print providers and they make a lot of video product reviews. They are super helpful and offer further training resources to make sure your business is successful. Printify is professional, they are constantly growing and upgrading their service, and it is so easy to design and sell with them. If you want an easy-to-use, quality print on demand business, go with Printify.

I have used the app to create and print a few items for my store now. Their layout is clean and simple to use. Better than other sites. Other sites have lots of offerings but the aesthetic to them is terrible. Im glad and will continue to use printify.

for the most part customer service is good but 8 out of 10 times the sample products are junk and have to be redone. while looking for a print on demand app to add to your store use as a last resort and always order a sample before adding to your Shopify store

What a joke. Misprinted tons of shirts and didn't do a quality check on them, unable to use images that are 11x14 with 300dpi my usual screen printer has no issues with and I had to remove this app from my store because I was losing customers because of printifys mistakes. This app isn't worth the hassle, I started using a different app instead and haven't had any of the same issues.
