This app is perfect for my business. Its easy to use and if I need help the team are never far away. I tried other apps before hand but the support was just not there or it took way too long to help me. The team at SB Custom are very quick to respond to any of my queries. I havent had any issues using the app, just needed some help with a couple of things setting up my products. Extremely happy.

Funktioniert richtig gut, man kann wirklich sehr gut Produkte Designen. Die Einstellungen sind leicht zu verstehen und man kann sehr viel selber einstellen. Einige dinge kann man nur durch den Support einstellen lassen, dieser ist jedoch fast immer erreichbar und hilft sofort weiter. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese App, da mein Shop sehr darauf basiert.

the app's good but like it has some errors which are easily solvable when you talk with with their support team and like you can even customize this customizer app with your theme compatibility so its a good one to try

Apart from certain features being slightly harder to configure, the app has been really great. The customer service is also excellent; we had a minor issue for which we contacted the team and they solved it very fast.

The SB Product Personalizer app works great for customization. Priyanka helped me set up the color variants and also guided me with the bulk add-to-cart feature. The support team is very responsive and provides excellent assistance. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to love this app. The concept is brilliant, and I truly believe the developer and support team did their best to accommodate my requests – they were responsive and tried to help. But the reality is, this app is simply not ready for use in a live store. Despite its potential, the app was buggy, unpredictable, and difficult to rely on. It caused issues with my product pages, preview functions often failed, and the customisation experience for my customers was far from smooth. As much as I appreciate the effort behind it, this kind of app should not be released until it's fully tested and functional. A broken customiser does more harm than good, and unfortunately, that was the case here. I sincerely hope the developers continue improving it – but for now, I cannot recommend it.
