We’re a three-member team building in this industry and working to make the workflow seamless through technology. We’ve been in this space for nearly four years and have tried 30+ design tools, but very few have delivered the mix of support and practical solutions we need — this feels like a meaningful step in the right direction. Customer support has been excellent so far: responses are quick, clear, and genuinely helpful, which matters a lot when you’re using a product regularly. The app experience is smooth and thoughtfully designed — the interface is clean, easy to navigate, and clearly built with usability in mind. I’m looking forward to more features that make the product even more powerful and flexible over time. Overall, it’s a solid app with a strong foundation, and the fast, reliable support adds real value. Thanks to the SB product design team for the work so far.

SB Custom Product Designer has been an absolute standout for us. Before choosing it, I downloaded, tested, and dissected at least 15 different customization apps. I had very specific requirements, and none of the others even came close. Their features are on another level. The app ties directly into Shopify’s inventory and variants, something most other apps didn’t support at all, or only did in a clunky way that still required manual intervention. It also blends beautifully with your Shopify theme. Everything looks native, polished, and consistent with the rest of the site. I didn’t realize how much that would matter until I saw how seamless it looked. On top of all that, their support team is fast & genuinely helpful. We worked with Sagar, Priyanka, and the rest of their team, and the experience was fantastic. We decided to pay for a custom modification to add a pricing feature that hadn’t been developed yet. Normally, I avoid customizing native features, but this ended up being one of the best decisions we made. They were thorough, quick, and reassuring from start to finish. They understood exactly what I needed (and my request was very specific). They provided a clear plan, quote, and timeline. Once we finalized the details, we placed the order and they got to work. They even finished early, which was impressive. The final result was exactly what we hoped for. The combination of powerful features, thoughtful design, and exceptional customer service is rare, and so appreciated. We’re excited to launch and use this resource!!! If you’re considering this app or thinking about investing in a customization, I can’t recommend them enough. They’ve earned every bit of this review.

This app is perfect for my business. Its easy to use and if I need help the team are never far away. I tried other apps before hand but the support was just not there or it took way too long to help me. The team at SB Custom are very quick to respond to any of my queries. I havent had any issues using the app, just needed some help with a couple of things setting up my products. Extremely happy.

Funktioniert richtig gut, man kann wirklich sehr gut Produkte Designen. Die Einstellungen sind leicht zu verstehen und man kann sehr viel selber einstellen. Einige dinge kann man nur durch den Support einstellen lassen, dieser ist jedoch fast immer erreichbar und hilft sofort weiter. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese App, da mein Shop sehr darauf basiert.

the app's good but like it has some errors which are easily solvable when you talk with with their support team and like you can even customize this customizer app with your theme compatibility so its a good one to try
