Nice App , Easy to setup and User Friendly , First class support for the customer support team. We will get Instant replay form the customer support for any help that we need. When compare to other apps Price is Cheaper, User friendly and we have very good support.

On the first day, I was pleased with the customer service. However, on the second day, when I had additional questions, the response time was noticeably slower. I inquired about extra features and was informed that while these were available, they required an upgrade to a higher-tier plan ($49.99 per month). I accepted the higher price on the condition that I would receive the requested features. Unfortunately, after waiting two days for a demo without any follow-up, I decided to switch my custom product designer to “CUSTOMIFY.” I now find that this new design editor (Customify) better meets my needs and includes all the necessary features.

Great app with great support - the customer design interface looks much better than the app I was using. Pretty easy to set up and once you get going its very simple to set up your products

So far, so good! Jay really helped me out with setting everything up, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The app is lightweight and straightforward—no unnecessary clutter or features to confuse you. It’s exactly what I was looking for to personalize my Shopify shop. Now my customers can easily add names, pictures, clipart, and more to their orders, making their shopping experience truly unique. Decided to re-brand my store and allow customers to design their own shirt or use my provided designs at an Affordable Price. I searched high and low and came across Custom Product Designer. From install to configuration the APP was smooth and simple to use. They also have provided A+ customer support. There were some issues that needed resolved and Jay provided timely and fast support. Here is to the new partnership hopefully this will take my store to next level without having to rely on drop-shippers or print on demand providers I now have it in house. This app is really amazing. It offers all the customization options I was looking for. Let's see how it performs in the future, but as of now, it’s good to go. Strong editor, focused mostly on multi-object placement that includes user-driven manipulation of text, stickers, colors, etc. I recommend this for those of us wanting to provide maximum design freedom to the customer while maintaining control of what the customer is capable of doing. The customer-facing UI feels like a typical simplified graphic editor similar to Pixelmator but stripped down to whatever options you choose for the user to have, and this is perfect for layered designs that customers want to make on-screen. There are no bounding boxes or static text fields, so all custom text will be placed by the user during customization as well as any uploaded or preset art you've got for them. Text objects must be created by the user independent of your preset. Since this one didn't quite suit my needs at the moment, I'll be trying something else, but there is a real advantage here to a few of the features I've seen here: - Vectorized exports (assuming it does not include the background) - Instant support - Stencil & art collection organization - Quick loading Suggestions: - Implement bounding boxes to limit appropriate object locations - Create a static text object driven by user text input that fits within a defined bounding box - Background removal for uploaded art - Remove 700x1000 aspect ratio limit on masks - Allow for the addition of help tags in the customer UI

seems to work well, I like it so far. Do need to contact support to get my sizing variants to work right, seems responsive and willing to help. So far, so good.
