So far amazing support, I heard shopify integration can take a second. Used chat feature, they changed settings and had going within minutes. Think this is going to be the product we need.

Changed our shipping options to give free overnight shipping for free to anywhere in the world and free ground shipping as well which we do NOT offer. We lost a lot of money due to this. It also decided to make random products and post them without my knowledge. Terrible app, I never touched anything to do with shipping just wanted to test out the looks of it and then uninstalled after I found it didn't suit our store. Had it for about an hour and it caused so much havoc.

Best looking product so far. Ive tried a few and this was the best. I needed a little help and customer support was literally 10 seconds from initiating chat to talking to someone. Everything was sorted in minutes

I tried multiple other apps with the same features as PickyStory, but I was not able to find anything with as few bugs or as well-working and smooth features as PickyStory has. Their app is really easy to use and set up and probably has one of the best setup interfaces, I have experienced. I can definitely recommend PickyStory to other store owners, who are looking for a hassle free experience with setting up discounts that just work and a good slide cart drawer!

The support alone on this app is beyond anything I expected. The app is easy to use, and when I had a couple of questions (because I didnt set something up correctly), they had someone answering my question in minutes. Highly recommend this app and company if you are looking to bundle products.

Support staff are great! The package does what it says it will but like other apps it doesn't play well with others. I've found ways to work around it and the support staff are always keen to give ideas.

I LOVE this App! The dashboard is incredibly well designed and easy to navigate. The features have helped us to generate over $3.5K in our first month of using it! And, the customer service is incredible. They really listen to what their customers need from the app and implement it. I am very excited to see all the future features and keep on increasing our revenue with their support!

great customer service... the app its limited to what colours you can change certain parts but I asked them for help and they customised it to exactly what I wanted.... so easy to deal with.
