I use this app so I can easily exceed Shopify's arbitrary 100 variants limit. The app is highly configurable and works perfectly. I reached out to their support and they were quick to help me and even did some custom coding - incredible support! This app also also allows you to capture inputs on products - very useful for customizations. All in all, I highly recommend.

All your products have been installed and tested, and no free version will work. I don't know if the charged version will work, but it is impossible to choose your products.

I use this app to provide more custom options for my customers and it’s wonderful. I had a little trouble figuring out how to get it set up but the help team at Hulkapps helped me and showed me step by step how they fixed my problem. I’ve had a wonderful experience.

The customer service is absolutely outstanding! I am so impressed. The customer service team are dedicated to prompt, friendly, and professional service. I am not very tech savvy so needed some help with the whole integration process. They took over and showed me exactly what to do. Cannot fault my experience so far . I definitely recommend this app 100%.

The app does provide "Infinite Options"! Pleased with the final result. Took some help from the developer Hulk/apps to get it to work in my scenario. But Hulk/apps was very patient and made it work for me. Great service for a free app!

I wanted to have color/size variants, reached out to the customer support, they told their app would allow me to do it, after reading their guides and following each step, I realized the app does NOT support inventory variants, therefore it was pointless, I wish they would have told me from the beginning, I would have saved myself 2-3 hours.

This app works like magic! Love it. The support team is also commendable. Shopify's native discount function was not working properly with the Infinite Product Options app. I logged a ticket with the support team and they fixed the problem in a day. Thank you HulkApps!!

The app loads a little slowly onto the site. They said its intentional. But it isnt ideal. Either way, it works very well. and Ive had very good customer support experiences with them. Very communicative and attentive helping me with things, they honesty didnt need to help me with.

The app is easy to use and even the free version has a lot of great options! Support tickets submitted are addressed and resolved quickly.

This really changed the game for my store. I did hit some bumps at first, but they went above and beyond to help my store and where the code was messed (not from them) They answered all my questions and when I was still lost on where to find a specific line of code, they took it upon themselves went in a fixed everything for me. I couldn't thank them enough

The instructions given can be rewritten a bit better to help everyone understand how to apply options and such. After requesting assistance from them they helped half way, said it was completed and all communications stopped for about a week. I continuously reached out to them to no avail. I found their FB page and messaged them there, which it mentioned they'll get back to me within a few hours, 24 hours later at 6am I heard from someone.. apparently their messages/tickets weren't working properly all of a sudden.. it'd be an amazing app with the proper directions and customer service. Update on above review - once I received the help I needed from Shopify who also has knowledge in regards to this app, I've had the app running for a few weeks now with no issues. So if you run into problems and aren't getting enough help, reach out to Shopify itself before removing this app as it's simple and does what it needs to.

Cant be used on Shopify mobile app, because this app isnt responsive. Products have been syncing over a week now and because of that cant use the options at all. Already contacted customer service about a week ago.

I had two products that I applied conditional options to in an almost identical way, each with custom pricing for the different choices. One of them worked great. For the other, the custom pricing didn't work for one of the options which allowed several orders to get placed for much less than the item would have cost. I contacted their support team who gave somewhat generic responses and then told me that the issue had been fixed. When I went to test it, the behavior was the same. I discovered that the ordering of the options was somehow affecting which option set pricing worked. I opened another support ticket and never heard back. I had really high hopes for this app but it seems to have bugs and the support felt really lacking, especially considering that I was in the free trial period during my interaction and felt quite unsupported while setting everything up. I'm temporarily removing the product the options aren't working on, have paid for a month's use of the app and am moving to a different solution as soon as I can.

I use this app to collect vital user input at the time of order. It does its function, but the dealbreaker for me is that it takes 5-6 seconds to load the options form. This means that if the customer hits the 'add to cart' button before the options load, then the customer can bypass all validation (required form fields). I was surprised as to why the form was taking so long to load since my form has only 2 fields. Turns out that the majority of those 6 seconds of load time was spent in TTFB (aka, time to first byte). This means that whatever backend they're using is scaled well enough to address requests in a timely manner. This is a really unfortunate downside to an otherwise vital Shopify app, and I hope they upgrade their infrastructure to better handle their client-base.

Love this app! I use it to add options and different pricing to my items. The set up was easy and customer service always responds quick. Edited to add - it seem great at first. Now its glitching and I have multiple orders where the options aren't showing price differences. This is a major headache to have to email the customer afterwards and ask for more money. I have emailed customer support 3 times over this with no reply or help.

4.75 Star Overall. The functionalities are fantastic, exactly what I've been looking for. The support turnaround is very fast and very satisfied with the service received, especially on a free plan. I've installed and have been using the app for about half a year so far and loved it. I'm on the Basic Plan (Free) and initially had a few more options available to me which are now moved over to the Pro Plan (paid), such as conditional logic. Existing established logic is still in place but I'm no longer permitted to add/edit conditional logic. A bit disappointing on this shift without advanced notice but I understand that money has to be made somewhere. The only catch is, every few weeks or so the app kinda stops working all of a sudden and causes havoc on my end. For example, the customer selects a custom option, but the additional price is not added to the total balance in the shopping cart. Other times the description of the custom option does not display. And other times, both the description & additional price reflects properly in the shopping cart, but the customer does not get billed properly on the checkout page. I'd have to manually verify each order carefully, daily, to ensure customers are billed for the selected custom options. Plus, I'd have to manually write an email to apologize to the customer for the undercharge, and separately send them an invoice to pay for the difference. Very time consuming and unprofessional... Time and again, I would report the same repeating issue and support would resolve the issue within a day or two. I'm glad it can be fixed. I'd just prefer if the features can be more dependable, consistent and reliable. But since it's free, I really cannot complain, especially when this app gives me a lot more functionality than comparable apps at a free price. For that, I thank HulkApps.com for your generously free app.
