Love this app! I use it to add options and different pricing to my items. The set up was easy and customer service always responds quick. Edited to add - it seem great at first. Now its glitching and I have multiple orders where the options aren't showing price differences. This is a major headache to have to email the customer afterwards and ask for more money. I have emailed customer support 3 times over this with no reply or help.

4.75 Star Overall. The functionalities are fantastic, exactly what I've been looking for. The support turnaround is very fast and very satisfied with the service received, especially on a free plan. I've installed and have been using the app for about half a year so far and loved it. I'm on the Basic Plan (Free) and initially had a few more options available to me which are now moved over to the Pro Plan (paid), such as conditional logic. Existing established logic is still in place but I'm no longer permitted to add/edit conditional logic. A bit disappointing on this shift without advanced notice but I understand that money has to be made somewhere. The only catch is, every few weeks or so the app kinda stops working all of a sudden and causes havoc on my end. For example, the customer selects a custom option, but the additional price is not added to the total balance in the shopping cart. Other times the description of the custom option does not display. And other times, both the description & additional price reflects properly in the shopping cart, but the customer does not get billed properly on the checkout page. I'd have to manually verify each order carefully, daily, to ensure customers are billed for the selected custom options. Plus, I'd have to manually write an email to apologize to the customer for the undercharge, and separately send them an invoice to pay for the difference. Very time consuming and unprofessional... Time and again, I would report the same repeating issue and support would resolve the issue within a day or two. I'm glad it can be fixed. I'd just prefer if the features can be more dependable, consistent and reliable. But since it's free, I really cannot complain, especially when this app gives me a lot more functionality than comparable apps at a free price. For that, I thank HulkApps.com for your generously free app.

The app is not intuitive and is difficult to use. Support was very difficult to deal with and documentation is sorely lacking. After 10 hours of trying to get it all set up, I had to remove it and go with another app that I had set up in less than a couple of hours. Save yourself the trouble and pass this app by.

This app doesnt let me add products to my option sets so im stuck and cant use it. I tried to contact support and I get no where. They dont even have this app listed in their support services online.

Works perfectly! Had some install issues but they quickly resolved it with my theme :) The only downside I would say is they don't have full integration with Paypal *yet? So I had to disable it.

I used this app for just over a month and it has lost me $$$ in sales. I configured it and got the HULK team to check it over. They said it was configured correctly. The first order that was placed through it worked perfectly. Anything after that was a disaster. It was either not showing the add-ons at checkout, or it would, but then it wouldn't charge the customer for them. It resulted in a lot of heavily discounted purchases and me looking like a fool to my customers. I contacted the HULK team about 20 times in the past month and each time I did they told me it was all working perfectly and there was no issue (even though I am sending them failed orders and missing payment), each time they said they fixed it and didn't understand my issue. The whole team lacks a customer service ethic and I'm pretty sure no one I spoke had English as a first language as their responses were always basic and really useless. I've just set up my theme and coded in the add-ons as I can't deal with this add on anymore. It wouldn't have bothered me too much if the plugin just didn't work. But it's the fact the customer service team kept making out like I was the idiot as apparently it was working fine on their end. Just not on my end or for any of my customers apparently.

Been looking for an app to find a way to make a product option selectable with an image and finally found this great app. Phew :) Also it lets you bulk add by product tag- which is amazing. Most other apps force you to go into each item. That's fine if you only have a few SKUs...

BY FAR ONE OF THE LEAST HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SHOPIFY. They have not contacted me back after 2 weeks of contacting them trying to get my store set up even though I immediately opted for the Pro Plan, so I am a paying App customer and still being ignored. They have ignored all my requests to contact them and have closed my tickets without answering them. Do Not Use Unless you plan on figuring it all out on your own without any assistance, because you definitely will not get any sort of help from them. Very Shocked with the quality of Service provided despite them bragging about industry leading customer support(Far cry from the truth)

They communicated well to help understand and fix my problem. They are very through and sent screenshots. Even told me about a problem they encountered while fixing my current one. Very polite and professional. PLUS a 14 day trial which is amazing. Can't go wrong. EDIT: Aug 30, 2019 The Hulk Team are amazing and very diligent in their work. I know I personally encountered many problems and they were all solved. This is an app work your money!

I tried EVERY single option app available in the shopify app store. Sadly Every single one failed me. I was right about to right off Infinite Product Options as another app that didn't work for my needs, that is until I noticed that their technical support team offered free tech support, even for the free app users! I've yet to come across any app that offered premium support without some sort of fee. As far as the performance of the app, after tech suppor tweaked it, it is performing exactly as I need. I have a company that has many color options for fabric, however all the options are different prices. The app has allowed me to 1) show the swatches, 2) allows the customers to zoom in on the swatches, 3) alter the final price of products based on the product swatch a customer selects. I feel so satisfied with the product I am considering upgrading to pro, however, at this point the free version does everything I need and more, and best of all it's free! Big thumbs up on this app.
