I love this app, and the support is wonderful. I used their expert install and even had them make a few customizations. They have a quick response time and the app is the best in terms of cost and capability compared to the other Custom and Infinite Product Options apps available.

Amazing support, when I encountered issues they have solved in a quick way. So far the app is working fine, but I still have a long way to test all the options. I recommend this team and app :-)

I hired an expert to install this app for our store. We needed a drop down box on our product page. I like it for the most part, however, some customizations I need are not possible due to the way the app is programmed. I must say that support is very attentive and they do their best to help with all questions. I do recommend having an expert install the app for you if you are not confident in dong so yourself. It is a little confusing.

I wish I could rate this a 4.95, but I can't so I rounded up and gave it a 5. This app does everything I want it to do except one thing, and that's restrict size options based on the product selection. I sell custom soft plastic fishing lures and would like to have one option set for all custom orders but that's not quite possible just yet. It does everything else I could ask for and custom options can incur additional costs by clicking a check box and typing in the price. Easy peasy. Setting up the options themselves is pretty self explanatory even to an old guy like me. When I contacted support about the one issue I couldn't resolve, they were friendly, polite and eager to help. They couldn't resolve the one issue, this app just doesn't have that feature. No worries, I ended up working around the issue. Overall I am very happy with not only the app itself but also the support I received.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and always resolves any issues. I had used another options app for several years and it was a huge nightmare. This app is such a breath of fresh air for my business.

Love the app! It was difficult to install on our theme but we contacted support and they helped us out. Now it's much easier to add options to our products. Highly recommend!

This app is amazing, esp at the price point. While we had a few minor issues the support was amazing as well. I hope nothing ever changes. Highly recommend this app and the developers.

This app is exactly what I needed to give my users all the options for my website. I had to spend a bit of time getting it set up and using all my styles but it's also FREE with no bs monthly fees! Also, can I just say how amazing their customer service is? The couple of times I had issues, the team had them resolved in 48h. Can not say enough good things. Thank you for a great app.

Had some issues during the setup process where my listings wouldn't sync, but with admin access, they were able to correct the problems at no charge!! I am now very excited to finish setting up my online store and launch soon. - there are still issues with syncing, but they are currently working on a resolution. Once fixed, I'll update my star rating.

We rely on this app quite a bit to help us better customize our customers' products and online experience. I appreciate the ability to be able to offer so many custom options for our customers and to sometimes be able to charge customers based on their customizations. Their customer service is usually fairly helpful too, which is huge for me. We've had a few hiccups with this app and some other coding on our website, but overall the experience has been great!

Thank you Hulk. We use this app for all our Ever My Pet products that have options such as size variations that have additional pricing, lines of engraving, choice of wood and where our customers would like us to send the donation that we make on their beloved pet's name. We have over 800 products and the option sets make our life so much easier. I am so very glad that we now have the Custom Product Options Pro so that customers can use discount codes we provide them. Amazing App and amazing Team! The App is easy to use and realy brings our shopify shop onto the next level! We had problems installing the app and the support team of hulkcode did it for us realy fast without charging any money which is AMAZING ! Thanks a lot and keep up the good work!

This app is awesome when you need to offer lots of options. It's fairly straight-forward, easy to use, and works great. The support team is really awesome too! I had a small conflict with another app I am using which effected how my options showed up in the cart. They sorted it all out beautifully! Thanks HulkApps!!
