It's one of the most flexible apps i found on the store, and customer service answers fast even on the free version! Thanks to Rosie for her help setting up the cross sells!

Really good customer service. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to anything online, but I used the chat feature and got through to Helen who helped me with everything I needed. She was really patient and sent screenshots to show me where I could find options etc. Really impressed.

I highly recommend this app! I was previously using another product customization app but it had limited functionality and Globo has been incredible so far and looks seamless on my Shopify site. The customer service is absolutely amazing as well. There was a glitch in the integration on my website and Helen ensured it was resolved quickly!

I love that it allows me to change options for multiple products all at once instead of having to go into each product listing to change things. The customer service has been incredible since day 1 and I have had to reach out a couple times for questions and they have always been fast and helpful!
